Stayed Mar 1, 2025I would give this condo a VG rating. It was clean, as-advertised, and a great place to hang out for a month. Good location, everything nearby. Nice pool and surrounding area. Owner very responsive, came and took care of a TV issue as soon as he knew about it. Easy to communicate with. There were a few items which could have been better provided, which I made the owner aware of, but not detrimental to the stay. This complex is by far a retiree complex, there appear to be few younger couples, very few kids. We had our granddaughter with us for 10 days, and no kids to hang out with, even though Spring Break weeks....have been in better locations/complexes for kids. Otherwise, it served me well for a month of hiking and hanging out/relaxing, which is what I was after. Made several friends while there.
