Stayed Apr 3, 2026This is the 3rd time we've rented this condo. The first time we rented the condo, the pool was available for our use. The last two times the pool and activity center were unavailable. While we understand now that there was a problem with the owner and operator of the pool and activity center, it would be nice if we could use the pool at Sea Trails Golf course.The only other thing we noticed was the patio need a good vacuuming. This unit is really comfortable and has everything you need for your time away from home.

Stayed Mar 27, 2026This was the perfect retreat for my friends and I! It was ground level so easy access from the car for loading and unloading. Furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The fact that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms was extra special. It was a quiet location close enough to restaurants and only a 30 minute drive from Barefoot Landing. Will definitely keep it in mind for a future getaway!

Stayed Jul 29, 2025Overall, it was nice and plenty of room, check in was easy. Kitchen needed bowls, wifi no problems, we did notice the floor was dirty. We needed at least 2 dish towels, just a few small things. We enjoyed our stay, just needed to know what to bring. Normally we stay in our time share. Thanks

Stayed Jun 17, 2025The property location is very convenient to the beach however, we were not told that the clubhouse and pool area were under renovation. This was a big disappointment for us and our two grandchildren that we were visiting.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025We live staying at Royal Poste. The only downfall with this stay was the pool and restaurant building were closed. We didn’t realize that when booking. If the pool interests you, be sure to read your contract all the way to the end. Otherwise, loved the condo and location.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024Perfect location. Very clean place. Easy to get to everything. Comfortable furniture. Bottom floor. Quiet. I’ve stayed at Sea Trail multiple times, and this unit is one of the top picks.
