Stayed Mar 20, 2026Only complaint was dealing with Stay Charlottesville to verify our identity. Had to jump through two sets of hoops (phone verify and then sending pic of driver's license). When I called Stay to clarify the receptionist was quite rude. The property was wonderful otherwise!
