Riverside Relaxation located steps from downtown & overlooking the Chattahoochie

It was home away from home, very clean (which is important), walking distance to everything in main street (we enjoyed walks after food), beautiful view from balcony. Helpful host, good wi-fi. When we are in Helen this will be our choice, so we shall be back. Thank you for your hard work and please keep up good work so we keep choosing you.

Nice area, but I couldn’t enjoy my stay, everything was so dusty, I have asthma, and it did flare up. The blinds are very dusty, all the flowers needed to be dusted. I was expecting this place to be special for our anniversary, maybe they need a new cleaning company. The spider web was awful.

Nicely located walking distance to several establishments. Very clean. Has a regular coffee maker so don't bring your k-cups...bring ground coffee. Won't need filters.

This is a true gem. You can sit on the porch, watch people trout fish, listen to the river, and never get in your car since Downtown is just a short walk down the block.

This was the perfect place to stay during our short visit to Helen. It definitely felt like home away from home. Everything was spotless and just as it appeared in the listing. The river right outside the back door was such a nice addition! The bed was very comfortable as well!

Our stay was beyond a 5 star rating! The condo was very clean and well kept! The location was within minutes of downtown Helen. We were able to get out and walk to the restaurants and shops!! I would definitely recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the river. It is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. The keypad entry was nice because we didn’t have to keep up with a key. The bed was comfortable. We hope to stay again soon.

The place was awesome! The bed and and bedding were the best I’ve ever slept on away from home! The place was well equipped for us to cook:). The views and covered bock porch were wonderful to watch the wildlife. I saw deer, Canadian geese and a beautiful heron:) The double fireplace was amazing to have during the winter. The recliners were soo comfortable! It was a great place for me and my husband!:) I think we will spend the next anniversary here! :)

Susan was very responsive and the unit was wonderful! Loved the Christmas tree!, double sided fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Centrally located to everything and the annual Christmas parade came right by our condo! Great surprise!! One thing to help the next guest: when you put in your code to open the front door ( enter #, then the last 4 of your booking phone number and then # again.) 6 #'s/symbols in all. When leaving, you can enter the # sign to lock the door immediately after closing it. Hope this helps someone else . We would definitely stay there again. A

This property was very clean/updated and had it's own covered parking which is important given the crowds in December. Checking in was a breeze and the kitchen is fully equipped and the furniture and bed are comfortable. We enjoyed the double fireplace. It is an easy walking distance to anything you want to do in Helen but has the advantage of privacy if you want it with good views of the river. Definitely recommend it!

Everything was wonderful! We will definitely stay again here. The bed was so comfortable and it was conveniently located to everything. The condo was decorated nicely and was so clean!

Would definitely stay here again! Not one complaint! First morning we seen an Eagle and last morning seen fawns playing in the cool morning sunshine across the River. Condo is beautifully furnished, bed very comfortable, location excellent!

It is centrally located to downtown Helen and right on the river. Everything was within walking distance. We sat on the deck and watched people tubing down the river. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property. We loved it so much the first time and just as much this time! Location is so great and condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We sat on the deck every day and watched the tube riders.

Had a great time in Helen. The condo was very clean and super nice. The view of the chattahoochee is right out your back door. It was fun to people watch as people floated down the river. I was a little skeptical of the location and access to town, however to my surprise downtown is just a few steps away!! The eleveator was down so we had to use the steps. Again not bad at all. The steps are indoor and carpeted and only a few steps up to the condo. Really easy even after an all day walk downtown. Several restaurants are right across the street or just a short walk. Janice was very accomodating and even worked with us to extend our stay by one more night. I would highly recommend this condo. You won't be dissapointed!

Everything was good. I am handicap and the elevator didn’t work but other than that, everything was excellent.

Great condo for 2 people. Everything was great, however, would have liked to have known about the elevator not functioning( brought my older parent who has difficulty with steps) prior to the trip. Had to contact the property owner about the door lock- quick response. Other than that the condo was really clean and had everything you would need.

Riverside relaxation property was a wonderful place. It had an easy check-in, well stocked kitchen, cozy decor with some added extras that helped make us feel right at home.

Beautiful condo right in the river. Lovely large deck to enjoy the sounds of the water and watch the tubers. Large jacuzzi tub, and a very plush king size bed. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place! Definitely one of the best places we have ever rented for comfort and cleanliness! We will be reserving again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was spectacular for our much needed relaxing getaway yet conveniently located to everything which allowed us to park and walk everywhere we wanted to go! This location also had a perfect view and acc of the River where we enjoyed watching the tubers floating by. We would highly recommend!

We originally scheduled in January 2024, ice storm. We rescheduled in Sept or October 2024, hurricane with massive flooding. We finally made our trip in June and really enjoyed it.

It was a short stay, but the unit was perfect, the location was perfect, and the atmosphere was perfect.We'll be back!

The location was within walking distance to Helen. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The view from the back deck was outstanding. We had a wonderful time. I am lokking forward to staying there again.

Enjoyed our stay as usual except for the large woodpecker that comes at the crack of dawn! He is really tearing up the building.

Unit was super clean, lovely, well furnished. Bed was comfortable. Whirlpool tub was very enjoyable. Kitchen was well appointed. View of the river was very pleasant.

We have stayed in this unit several years now. The condo is extremely well kept and clean. Check in/out is a breeze and the disposables (soap / towels / trashbags) are well stocked. Susan has always been on point with communication. If you are looking for a place in Helen, don't hesitate to stay here!

Easy walking access to the main highlights of downtown Helen. Could get a bit nosiy due to nearby guests at other locations, but loved being right atriver and able to walk to many shops and restaurants.

Property was just as advertised and very clean. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony while my husband did a little fishing in the river right behind the unit. It’s just what we needed.

We had a great stay in Helen. The place was easy to get to and being right on the river was a real treat. Loved the clean bathroom and the updated kitchen, and the bed and living area were really comfy. It was a great spot for checking areas outside of Helen – we hiked some beautiful waterfalls and hit up a winery and brewery nearby.

Love this place! It was very clean, bed was so comfy, kitchen well equipped, recliner chairs were an added plus! All of the decor was absolutely beautiful! The owner added little extra touches that made you feel right at home! Restaurants and gift shops are within walking distance. The only negative I could say is that I would have liked the checkout time to be a little later. This is the place to stay in Helen, Georgia!

This condo was SUPER clean. The location was great being inside the city limits of Helen, GA. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and extremely comfortable. Enjoyed watching and listening to the Chatahoochee River. Would highly recommend this condo.

Of course, this is a place just for couples. One of the best things is that it is within walking distance to downtown Helen. One evening we did drive to dinner, but they had their own parking lot. Otherwise, you have to pay 10 to park. Being on the river was really nice. Getting in and out of our condo was convenient. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone anyone

Very cozy condo, very clean and well equipped! Fireplace was a great addition since was cold outside! Jetted tub for two in large bathroom. Comfy king bed as well as very comfortable recliners in living room. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks as well as a kingfisher on the river. Parking off street and very close to town as well as restaurants across the street. Host is quick to respond and very friendly. Would definitely go back here in the future!

Room was as described and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace during our winter trip. Location was excellent as well with a view of the river and easy walking to all of Helen.

Would highly recommend. Great place and close to everything.

The only downside is that checking in is that the building next door has better labeled/visible unit numbers. Thus we tried the wrong lock box at the adjacent building with the same unit number. Lastly, the flow of the shower head was very weak. Otherwise it was a very nice rental.

The condo was outstanding, but you better bring all your provisions prior to arrival as there are zero supplies in the condo. Even a small jar of Folgers would have been appreciated and sufficient TP to last 4 days.

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend and this was the perfect place. It was very clean and cozy and the locatiob was excellent. We could leave our car at the condo and walk the couple blocks to a variety restaurants and shops and all of the Christmas festivities.

I don't typically write reviews whether i approve or not of places we stay BUT i was so pleased with this little place for my husband and I, i said id do my first one. Location is perfect and only a brief walk to middle of town, less than 10 mins. Im a bit ocd with cleanliness so its ALWAYS what i notice first. I didnt find the first thing that wasnt clean. All the silverware was evenly nicely organized and clean..I didnt feel the need to wash anything before using it. Bathrooms veey clean also. Being right beside the river was very relaxin, peaceful, and just pretty. We honestly did alot of sitting in our recliners and watchinf tv but it was what we went to do. We are very happy i discovered this spot and plan to book again here anytime we are back in Helen for some time away. I highly recommend. Communication was also quick, very detailed, and so nice to deal with also.

This condo was even better than it looks online. It was very clean and comfortable, and the walk to town was easy! We enjoyed the view from the deck—so pretty. I would definitely stay here again!

Right on the river. Enjoyed watching the tubers floating by. Close to everything, we walked everywhere. The road was a bit noisy on the weekend, but very quiet weekdays. Loved the gas fireplace and the comfy chairs. Will be back.

The location of this very clean condo was perfect. The host communication was excellent. We look forward to staying again.

Great location to walk to the Fest Hall and all of Helen. The only recommendation is a grill on the porch when it is difficult to get in the restaurants because of the crowds.

The owners were great to work with, with any questions i had. The unit was far beyond what the pictures showed . Closeness to town center and especially the Festhall. We will be staying here again !

Excellent downtown condo. We were able to park car and walk all around Helen!

Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. We parked in the covered parking spot and didn’t need to move the car again. I loved the porch, it was so peaceful overlooking the river. We watched fishermen catch trout early in the morning. The bed was super soft and comfy! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Perfect quiet area.

The property is just as described. We initially had a small issue in accessing the apartment which was resolved by a quick call to our host who immediately reset the code and we gained access. Very easy to walk from the apartment to anywhere we wanted to go in Helen.
