Stayed Feb 13, 2026The condo was very dusty and upkept my sinuses and allergies messed up the entire time. The king bedframe is partially held up by a log of some sort and not fully attached. Counter top has a crack. Several blinds are broken. Just so much to list. Does not have a water heater large enough. If you take a bath with 6 inches of hot water, you won’t be able to take a hot shower afterwards. The place overall needs a deep cleaning and some updating to at least include a fresh coat of paint.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024Location was perfect. The guys in our group enjoyed being able to fish the river right out the back door.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024It was within walking distance to all restaurants and shops in Helen. The view of the river was beautiful.
