RiverHaus on Edelweiss - Cozy River Condo Downtown

Expedia never provided check in for the unit. Had to use the contact the host and go through emergency response to get check in info. The lady I spoke with was very nice and quick to get me the info needed. Must be a problem between Vrbo and Expedia that never sent the check in email.

The balcony overlooking the river was our favorite part!

Nice, clean and spacious. Also very close to downtown and lots of other attractions.

Very easy to book and check in and out. The place was very clean. Helen was a lot of fun.

The quality of the kitchenwear seemed poor. Better quality would last longer.

Close to town but far enough away to not be too busy. Being on the river was very relaxing. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Property was great, very clean and well equipped. Communication with property management was very prompt and helpful.The only issue worth mentioning is that parking was a little cramped, but it would not deter me from staying here again! Overall it was a very good experience!

Distinct aroma of THC every day while sitting on back deck. Can’t say if neighbors are owners or renters of that unit, but it made our stay less enjoyable.

This property is perfectly located for a great stay in Helen. The view of the river from the back decks is wonderful. The property gives a feeling of being out of town, while being located within a short walk of downtown.Management was wonderful to deal with. They informed me of an issue with one of the faucets before I arrived and provided me with the option of a late check out to compensate for the inconvenience.My family will be back!

From our rear facing, covered porch (facing stream), we saw 5 bears, eagle feet away from us chased by raven, fox, cats, and geese (two pair had 6/7 goslings still a little yellow). Had all the amenities and then some we did not expect, but appreciated. Highly recommend as a great spot - year round and with or without other people (2 nice bedrooms and full baths upstairs).

We came up for a quick getaway and to be there for the annual trout fishing. We had a great stay. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. The only downside was there was no hot tub.

Was nice and as advertised. Would stay again!

Our small family of 4 traveled to Helen for New Years as we love the German vibe of this location. We chose this spot to stay due to the size of the home and proximity to the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The place was clean, spacious and stocked for our stay. We’ll be back!

The condo was nice clean and lots of space everything worked perfectly. The sofa’s a lil worn but wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed staying there and will choose it again river in the back was beautiful

It was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The location was a convenient walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for visiting Helen. Had the weather been warmer for our stay there were lots of things within walking distance. Parking is under the condo like a beach house with a short sloped driveway, our expedition fit but anything much bigger would have been a little more difficult to turn around. Overall good stay!

We have stayed in a few different places in Helen and this is the best by far! The location on the river and the amenities make this the best place to stay in Helen! We will definitely be back here!

The property was just as advertised. We loved staying there. Very peaceful and relaxing . Very clean. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

My husband and I went for a weekend getaway for Octoberfest. Perfect location, close enough to walk to all the fun but far enough from the crowds. Very quiet and peaceful especially sitting on the back decks. Will definitely be first choice for our next stay.

Amazing and relaxing

The condo is very nice and equipped with what we needed. We booked this condo, so we would be on the river and my husband could fish some. Little did we know, a tropical storm would move through the night we arrived. We were called and told we might want to move our car to higher ground. (So we did). So, our first night we did not sleep good worrying the river would flood. There was no floding so we were thankful for that. We had very noisy neighbors on the 2nd night and on the 3rd night but they quieted down on the 3rd night so we were not disturbed too much. Also, the 3rd night the electricity apparently went out for a minute and when it came back on the tv in the living room came on and was very loud so that woke us up around 3:00/3:30 in the morning. The bed was not very comfortable to us but everything else about the condo was fine! I usually look for properties maintained by the actual owners and did not on this one, which reminds me why to do that. (They are much more personal and more communicative.). Nobody called or messaged us to let us know of the weather warnings. We did know a hurricane (Helene) was hitting Florida and that rain was expected in Helen but had no idea it could get bad. (We had a local tell us that warnings were issued the day before we came.). We did have someone from the rental company call us the next day to apologize for not letting us know. Overall it was a good stay

Everything about our stay at Edelweiss was perfect. The condo was very sweet and easy to access, close enough to town to be able to walk where we wanted to go, nice view of the river, and most of all the care taken to make us feel comfortable was evident. Crispy clean interior and so comfortable. Communication was a breeze. I highly recommend staying at Riverbaus!

This unit is just outside the noise of the town center, but easily walkable. Having the river in the backyard was fantastic, and that's where we spent most of our time while not out and about. Kids had a blast playing with tubes right behind the unit. Would definitely come back.

My family of four spent about five days in this property and we absolutely loved it! From the ease of check in/check out, to the location, to the comfort of the home, the whole experience was very lovely, would highly recommend this condo if you want to be comfortable, by the water, and walking distance to everything.

We brought our Grandkids for an end of summer mini vacation and had an absolute blast! We had so much to do and this house was prime location for us! The house had everything we needed and then some. The rating for us is really a 10!

The location was ideal and the accommodations were perfect for my wife and I with another couple. The unit was well stocked, clean, and provided plenty of room for the four of us. Additionally, communications from the host/host staff were consistent and very informative for our stay. Will definitely stay here again.
