Riverfront/ Easy Walk To Helen. 1BR/IBA Top Unit With Beautiful River Views

I could not think of a single thing to make our stay anything less than excellent! The condo was surgically clean, excellent description, lots of amenities. Slept like a baby in the comfy king size bed.Check-in and communication was top notch. You will enjoy it! We will be back. Dan C.

It was perfect for us. My husband wanted a place on the river so he could fish & he did every chance he got. Loved the hot tub! Easy walk around Helen & restaurants. On our list to come back hopefully next year!Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful place, clean, and walking distance to everything, definitely recommend!

The unit was exactly as advertised. The location and view from the patio were excellent. Would definitely stay here again. As a side note, if you plan to cook, open the patio doors and turn on the fans as the smoke alarm is very sensitive, which isn't a bad thing.

Perfect location. Only steps from downtown and festhalle! Covered porch out back is perfect place to relax and watch tubers on the river. Gas grill came in handy for grilling steaks we purchased from Betty’s Country Store located in walking distance from condo. We will definitely be staying in condo again!

This was the best place to stay in Helen. It is right next to the river. It is centrally located, within walking distance from everything. Very quiet, clean and has all the modern amenities. My wife and I will definitely stay here again. Our new favorite place to stay!!!

This was our third time staying at this condo, and it’s become one of our favorite spots. Being right on the river is hard to beat, and that covered back deck is probably our favorite place to hang out. Perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings or relaxing in the evenings while listening to the water. The condo is always spotless, and the furnishings—especially the bed—are super comfortable. We’ve never been disappointed staying here, and we'll definitely be coming back.

Would definitely stay here again. Property was beautiful, location was amazing, communication with the property manager was great. They updated us on the elevator repair, and the pictures and directions for getting to and getting in the property was extremely detailed. We were able to walk to everything and just enjoy Helen.

This property was in the BEST location! It was walking distance to everything, and I loved being on the river. We enjoyed sitting in the grass and on the patio and watching the tubers. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the jet bath tub. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the AC worked great. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and they even let us check in early. The check in/out process was very easy. Our only complaint was the elevator was broken so we had to haul all of our stuff up 3 flights of stairs with a baby otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would most definitely book here again!

The location is second to none for getting around Helen. Covered parking, clean property, amazing amenities, furnished and decorated with the best, and a comfortable stay.

Condo was so clean. Had everything we needed. It was a cold weekend and enjoyed the fireplace in the den and the bedroom. Everything was a walking distance. Busy Christmas shoppers and enjoyed the lights. Will come back and stay at this condo again.

We stayed during the weekend of the lighting of the village. It was a beautiful home and was in the perfect location to be able to walk in and out of town throughout the day. Communication was super clear and home was everything it says it is. Very clean and cozy!

The owners answered my questions prompley and communication was excellent. The place was clean and quiet. We go to helen every year for Ocktoberfest and this is a great location to the festhalle and all other shops and restaurants in town. We will be back.

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The covered porch overlooking the river provided both peace and quiet, and (during the day) the sight of hundreds of tubers floating down the river. The location was close enough to town, but not too close to be noisy. The condo was in very nice shape, and very spacious.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Helen, GA. This condo was right on the banks of the river. We enjoyed watching the people going down the river in their tubes. The location of the condo was great. We walked to everything in town and didn't have to hassle with or pay for parking.
