Riverfront condo - Amazing views in Cuenca's Historic District

The amenities were in great condition and the view was fabulous. The host was very responsive and helpful. There was even a welcome basket of some food items, wine, chocolate. It was a very welcoming atmosphere.

This condo is a 10 out of 10! I was greeted by Cecilia, who stocked the condo with an abundance of treats and food to get started with my stay. The condo is well- designed and quiet, and is in the center of the city. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

INCREDIBLE! There's not a better place to stay in the heart of Cuenca than this location. The host is absolutely amazing and prepared the most fabulous welcome for me. There was food, coffee, treats, fresh flowers and a person to meet me when I arrived. I've never had this happen before at any of the places I've stayed. The apartment overlooks the river, the city and the mountains. It's quiet, it's beautiful, it's comfortable it's heaven. There are a ton of good restaurants, bars, shopping, bakeries and food markets - everything is so close by. If you're looking for a place to stay in the center near the historic district don't miss this opportunity. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I truly hated to leave.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location in El Centro. I would highly recommend a stay at Terry's place. The property manager, Cecilia, met me at the door and showed me around. She also provided some essential food and coffee to get me started. Everything was wonderful! Thank you so much!

We’ve stayed at Terry’s place 5x! It’s perfect for our needs. Everything works. Can’t beat the location. Overlooking the newer greener part of the city yet just three blocks from the Central Park. It’s an oasis of tranquility in a bustling Latin American city. Already booked for next winter!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and markets. In the center of the activity of this city but yet quiet once you enter the gate.

We love Terry’s place! Well maintained, comfortable, and convenient to all sites, shops, venues, and restaurants in the Centro.

Cannot state how much we LOVED this place! If you are considering visiting Cuenca highly recommend this townhouse. It's in a great location, in an absolutely beautiful building and has such a stunning view from both balconies. The office manager, Cecilia, was wonderful and lovely. Without too much detail, our original 13 hour plane trip ended up in a 2 day scenario due to 1 leg of our journey being delayed. Which is to say when we finally got into Cuenca we were exhausted. Cecilia loaded the townhome up with fruit, eggs, bread, beer, wine -- everything we needed to not have to go out that evening. Wonderful. The place is fully equipped, nice washer/dryer, and we loved the biodegradable products (shamppo, conditioner, body soap, laundry products, dish/hand soap). Absolutely one of the best accomodations we've had.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this apartment and we love it. The owner and property manager are both wonderful to deal with and we hope to come back soon!
