Stayed Feb 27, 2023This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. There are lots of places to get prepared food and smaller stores to get basic needs like milk and water. The balconies are very nice to use. We did have some problems with the internet during our first few days, which was stressful since we both work remotely. Lourdes was very responsive to our situation and to any questions that we had. The building elevator was under repair during most of the time that we were there. It wasn't a big deal as we only had to walk two floors up. However, if you really need an elevator, you should check that there won't be repairs needed.

Stayed Feb 6, 2021I loved saying here, so I stayed for 2 months. Lourdes made it really comfortable. She really went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed Dec 29, 2019My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. We did not use the second bedroom at all but did use all the other spaces. We cooked many meals there during our one month stay; the kitchen had a good supply of dishes, cookware and storage containers. We ended many evenings watching Netflix or Prime TV. Most mornings we enjoyed coffee in the living room area. The location is perfect - we walked daily to the old city center as well as along the Tomebamba river. Two supermarkets are within walking distance (and a $2.00 cab ride home). Cabs were easy to flag from the main street just off the condo's street. We enjoyed the residential area and the security features of this property as well as the excellent view of the city. Lourdes, the manager, was very responsive to our couple of queries. She also agreed to let us leave our packed luggage there until later in the day on our checkout date since we had a late flight out of the city. All in all this was a great VRBO find.
