Great location with calming river in back Smaller than anticipated per listing, jacuzzi out of order making it only a shower , and hard to step over to get in/out

Our creekside stay was an awesome opportunity to rewind and recharge. The roaring creek in the background provides the perfect ambient noise to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Great condo right on Fall River and just minutes from Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. My family has a great time!

Beautiful location and very clean! A bit of a miscommunication when checking in, but was worked out fairly quickly and the lady in the management office was very helpful.

The property has amazing views of Fall River. We even had an elk right outside our deck one morning. The condo was well maintained and everything looked like it was new. Rocky Mountain national park is only a few miles from the condo which was nice! The only cons would be that it was pretty small for our family of four. It was also very hot inside the condo especially on the loft. Even with the windows open and fans on it was pretty hot and hard to sleep at night. This place would be ideal in the spring or fall because of this. Overall had a great stay!

Very close to Rocky National Park entrance and downtown Estes Park. Having a place next to the creek was wonderful.

It was a cozy place for 2 people but the main reason why we rented this place was because of the jacuzzi tub that was advertised because after taking long hikes in RMNP it would have been great to take a nice jacuzzi but it Did Not Work so we were victims of False Advertising!!!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting RMNP. It’s less than a mile from one of the entrances. The unit itself was beautifully maintained and the grounds were peaceful and clean. The kitchen was super well equipped. Beds were very comfy and bathroom was nice. Our one concern was that smoking is allowed on the grounds (not in the units) and people both below and next to us smoked which meant we couldn’t really sit on the patio and enjoy the beauty without smelling smoke, and since windows needed to be open to keep the unit cool, it also wafted into our living area and bothered the kids. So, if you visit in the summer and are sensitive to smoke, I’d be mindful of this. I suspect it’s not an issue when it’s cold and windows are closed.

Very nice property - clean and cozy. Worked well for a multi-generational gathering for a weekend.
