River Front Cozy Condo near RMNP

Everything was easy and clean and it was a very nice relaxing little vacation

This is a first floor streamside condo about 3 miles from town and a mile from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was attractive, well-furnished, and clean and about the right size for myself and my wife. We had a great time visiting the park and the town.

Such a cute place to stay! Everything was clean and orderly and close to town. There was a problem with the toilet flushing, but Jeannie was quick to respond. Would stay again!

The unit is a little bit outdated but it’s well kept and very clean. The view of Fall River is amazing. We enjoyed our time.

Amazing location and view!

Location is awesome! A few minutes from Fall River Road entrance to RMNP. Easy 8 minute drive to Estes Park. Quiet with pretty view of the river and pool access. Condo is clean with great amenities for preparing your own meals. The biggest plus is quick drive into RMNP early evenings when times permit not required for wildlife viewing.

Loved having the river right behind us and just minutes from the park. My only issue was the thin walls of the condo. It made sleep difficult.

It’s a very nice condo. Well equipped, comfortable bed & couch. We loved the patio, ate our meals outside. The river was incredible!! Such a lovely sound, so relaxing, it was nice to walk along the river and enjoy the wildflowers. Elk were a bonus, fun to watch. Highly recommend!

This home was just as described and even better. It was perfect for my husband and myself. The river was feet from the patio. We had elk walk right past our patio when we were sitting there. If in the area again we would definitely stay again.

Problems with WiFi & TV

Loved the condo. Everything for our comfort was included.

Found the property. Let ourselves in. Place was clean and everything worked. The place is efficient with everything you’ll need. I must say, it would be better with updated decor. The place just needs an overhaul. Those lightbulbs that register green are awful.

A perfect little condo right on the river. Owners were so kind and responded quickly. We will book again!

Loved the sound of the river and the pool was amazing. 3 min to park entrance. Really sweet spot.

Wonderful place with all the amenities needed for a family of 4 (daughters 10 and 14). We most loved Fall River flowing just yards from the patio, an excellent place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or take an afternoon stroll. The location is just far enough from the busy town sqaure to be quiet but close enough for convenience. We would definitely come back to stay here.

The view of the river was stunning, anytime we came back to the place I would sit in front of it! There was plenty of space, the place was clean, and we cooked and grilled. Perfect location just 1 mile from the rocky mountain national park entrance! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was clean and comfortable and perfectly located near the Fall River entrance to RMNP. The unit was well appointed, giving us the opportunity to cook meals for a comfy stay. The beds were comfortable - I think the sofa bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. We also enjoyed being right on the river and had some elk and magpie friend visitors. It was an easy drive into Estes Park for shopping and laundry.

This chalet was the perfect size for my husband and I. We loved being on the river and had 2 large bull elk visit us one night. It was less than a mile to RMNP and only took us two minutes to get in that entrance. Just a few miles to downtown Estes park. Grocery store with many other shops just right down the road. The king size bed was comfortable, fans kept us cool, shower had great pressure and was as hot as we like. It was the little things I appreciated the most: Charmin soft toilet tissue, Kleenex, a snack bowl of mini chocolate bars, thick paper towels and a charging station. We recommend and would stay here again.
