We loved our stay in Blowing Rock! The rental was very comfortable, well-equipped, and in a perfect location—close to town, restaurants, and all the local attractions. Communication with the host was excellent and made everything smooth and easy. We have stayed here twice already and would definitely stay here again!

The host was very welcoming and reached out early. The place was very charming and the perfect place to stay for a few days while skiing in the area.

We had a wonderful stay over New Years. The space was perfect for our family of four. Walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock. Easy to use Roku, and many games and books.The kitchen was fully stocked, and we were able to have breakfast and coffee at the condo each morning; and made dinner there twice over our stay, and even baked some cookies together.Overall, it was wonderful and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location in Blowing Rock. Quiet and comfortable condo. Clean with everything you need for a nice stay. Be prepared for many steps and stairs from parking lot to unit. Host gave all the important information needed in a timely manner. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

We enjoyed our stay in Blowing Rock. The apartment is clean and cozy. The condominium community is quiet and well kept. A pleasant walk brings you to the downtown shops and restaurants in less than ten minutes, It is a great headquarters location for exploring the town, Cone and Price Parks, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and other area attractions.

The place is lovely and so comfortable! Can’t think of anything more someone could want or need. Information provided is so well organized and helpful. Will definitely book again when we return to the area. Blowing Rock is such a beautiful community!

The property was clean, easy to get in and out of, and very close to downtown. Communication and check in was easy, and it had everything we need.

We stayed a long weekend to enjoy the local ski slopes. Nice and easy location and plenty of room for the three of us.

Was really happy with the location of the condo which was walkable to town and easily accessible to other attractions and trail heads. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated- we really appreciated the beautiful photographs hanging around the unit. The owner has made sure you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

We were in Blowing Rock to celebrate the my husband’s birthday and knew it would be a beautiful time and place to celebrate. Our VRBO was easy to find and located about 2 blocks from down town. The accommodations were cozy and Christmas-y and we were even privy to a dusting of snow the last evening there. Everything at our place was ample and well stocked. We reccomend it heartily!

Exceeded our expectations. Spotless home. Had everything we needed for a relaxing few days. A short walk to shops and restaurants.

It was a lovely condo and I understand it has been completely refurbished in the last year. Everything was clean and comfortable, and my friend and I enjoyed our visit very much. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and would go there again.

I generally like staying at Royal Oaks condos, but I found the Q bed and living room furniture to be very uncomfortable. The 2nd bedroom was too bright to sleep due to a security light right outside the window. After barely sleeping 10 nights in a row, I went home almost a week early. Also renters should be aware that advertised air conditioning is NOT central air but a motel style unit that cools the living room but not the bedrooms.This was all unfortunate because the unit was clean and fine otherwise

We have stayed here before. The condo has been beautifully remodeled and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. The condo is very conveniently located. We will be back!

For us it was walking distance to town & easy walk or drive to my daughter’s house. Great brew pubs in blowing rock & close to Booneshine brewery. Obviously, we like our beer. Great condo & host. Terrific furnishings too.

Sweet place for some quiet, with opportunities to explore. Two turns off main road for easy access to everything. 10 min walk to downtown with cute shops, great food, and gorgeous parks. 6 minute drive Cone Memorial Park. Condo was spacious and very clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Could only hear upstairs neighbor walking during morning silence, not enough to disturb. Was completely silent otherwise.
