Stayed Apr 19, 2026Property was in good condition and was a good value for the money. There appeared to be some renovations still in progress, including various supplies stored in the garage that made it unusable. Pretty easy commute in to Indianapolis.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Beyond perfect. This property is exceptionally maintained and has all the amenities that you would need for your stay. The owners communication was exceptional and thorough. We were in town for the NASCAR race and this property was centrally located to the track and activities around the Indianapolis area. We already have our calendars marked to stay next time.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025Quiet neighborhood. House was updated and everything worked well.Shortcomings were related to maintenance. Patio looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. There was some mold in both showers. Showerhead in one of the bathrooms seemed clogged. However, the rest of the house was just fine. In sum, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025This is a very nice abode. It's easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The entry was easy and Regina made sure we had everything needed once we were settled in. I really appreciated having cookware, glassware, and clutlery of good quality. The game table was a big hit with our grandchildren. Don't hesitate to book this one.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Property was excellently located for transiting into Indianapolis for a sporting event at IU. Local amenities were good and the house located in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was proactive in checking everything was okay during stay and reactive when minor issues occurred. Ideal house if you're looking for a quiet relaxing stay.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Brownsburg, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. The property itself was home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy access to highways and if you are coming in for the race, it would be an easy commute. Our host was fantastic. They were very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Regina checked in when we arrived, during the week and right before we left to make sure our expectations were met. This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at. I highly recommend VRBO
