This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the layout, location and how clean it was. We will definitely be staying here next time we come.
While our room was spacious and had most modern amenities (dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer) it did not have AC. Thankfully most days we were able to keep the patio screen door open for ventilation and we used fans (provided by the property). The resort and rooms are dated and have obviously not had any updating in several years possibly a decade. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pullout couch sloped downward and backwards. The pool and hottub area were nice and clean. The basketball court was a nice option for our teenage boys. The resort is located right outside historic Deadwood which we really enjoyed. Lead is a nice little town but keep in mind there is only one grocery/gas store. It had all the essentials and we were able to eat in several times during our stay. Cheyenne Crossing Cafe is a must! Excellent food and beautiful area. Overall, we enjoyed our time but resort was not what I expected from a RCI property.
We enjoyed having two separate living spaces because we had two families on this vacation. The peaceful quiet surroundings was enjoyed every morning with coffee. Perfect location for visiting parks and monuments in the summer months.
Great set up for family of 6. Plenty of space to be together or spread out. Ski lodge is an easy walk across the street. (Also save time and $ by eating lunch at the condo instead of standing in the food line.)Property was well supplied and clean. Loved the hot tub after spending all day in the snow.
This property had a beautiful view of the black hills. When I arrived I did not know to go to the office to check in. Once I did it was easy to check in. The only downside was that the pool did not open until 9 AM, which disappointed my kids. Other than that it was a clean nice place.
The condo was perfect for our stay. The boys had enough room to be by themselves & we were able to sit on the balcony for coffee and relaxation. The swimming pool was perfect
Great location, good amenities, rooms spacious with full kitchen nice to use that versus go out to eat. I would stay here again!
Love the Black Hills and Barefoot is a great place to stay.
This place was great! It was perfect for our blended family. Parking was a struggle at times, but otherwise overly impressed!
This location was absolutely perfect if you're skiing Terry Peak! Otherwise, it's 20-30 minutes away from anything else. Very comfortable accommodations and very spacious-perfect for what we were looking for! The unit was clean-ish when we checked in. Nothing major, but the floors and rugs could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
