Stayed Feb 25, 2025My son and a friend had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and we loved using the outdoor hot tub. We were right across from the base of Terry Peak, so very convenient.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Very nice stay, for our family great! We truly enjoyed playing basketball and tennis with the kids… we weren’t expecting this to be a highlight. But great equipment! We also enjoyed our view at sunset as the sun crept below the hill! We’d definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 26, 2023Great place to stay. Hot tub and fireplace was nice to have with the cold weather. One and only downfall is it snowed while we were there and the road to the resort was closed for about an hour the first night we got there. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay!

Stayed Sep 2, 2023Great place. Two bathrooms and bedrooms made it easy to vacation with son and my fiance. No ac but its cooler on the mountain and they supplied us with fans so it was quite comfortable. All the things you need to cook with pleanty of towels and pillows on hand. Very close to deadwood, custer, hill city and black hills national park. Stay and explore!!

Stayed Aug 7, 2023Facility, location, and weather was nice. Place is small, but is big enough for 3 big guys . Kitchen was small also but big enough and had enough utensils and pots/pans to make do. Does not have AC- which wasn’t an issue since it was 46-50 in the mornings, and they supply fans. Pool is close by and enclosed, hot tub was a plus . Staff is very nice, deer are walking by on a regular. Is at the top of a big hill,I with great view.
