Relaxing condo in Estes Park w/ a full kitchen, gas fireplace, & furnished deck

Very clean and well furnished

Nice hosts, clean, responsive great experience overall. Also location is clutch, walkable to downtown but still quiet, safe and cozy.

Loved this place. Clean. Decorated cute and comfortable.

Pluses: Nice good sized clean condo. Close to downtown. Quiet area. Enjoyed the room and balcony. Minuses: The bed in the guest room was super uncomfortable. The walk to downtown is a bit hazardous with traffic and construction. Kitchen was minimally stocked with no kettle or wine glasses. It would have been nice to have at least one laundry pod as we had to go to the store to buy a whole bottle of detergent for one load of laundry. Would have been nice to have a few coffee pods as again- we had to buy a whole box so we could have coffee in the morning.

We had a pleasant stay. We requested a late checkout but never received a response. Fortunately the checkout time wasn't strictly enforced.

Easy walking to downtown. Down side there is a lot of traffic noise

This home was perfect! The two bedrooms, basically both ensuite as the second bedroom had a bath accessed from common area or bedroom, were both very nice. The home had a full kitchen fully supplied with everything we could possibly need. It was in a quiet area and the others in the building were very quiet too. The home is a short walk to downtown Estes and all it has to offer. Sweet Basilico, the little Italian restaurant on the corner was a great option. I can't recommend this home enough. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

My best friend and I came to Estes for our annual girls weekend. Most of our days were spent at a YMCA cabin, but this condo was perfect for our overnight needs. Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and great location. We would stay here again if back in Estes.

Spent three nights here while hiking in RMNP. Very quiet location so it was easy to sleep at night. Easy walk into downtown and there were a couple of restaurants right across the street.

This was the perfect place to visit with longtime friends. The property manager was very helpful and relative when a minor problem occurred. Great location and really comfy beds!

The condo is very nice overall - just would emphasize that there is no AC if you're coming in summer. We went in July and the house was only cool between 3am-noon or so. Very close to Estes Park shops but no sidewalks or street shoulders so walking around with a stroller felt risky. Now the frustrating part - we arrived to find out the keypad code they gave us to get in was incorrect. It took around 30 minutes of me texting customer support and my wife waiting on hold after trying to call. First they gave us a second incorrect code before eventually giving us the code to the backup key in a different lockbox. We used that key all week because they made no attempt to follow up, so we never did get the correct code for the normal lock. At the end of the week customer service contacted me with a question that I answered, then immediately I asked them about my son's pajamas we had left behind by accident - no response. That last bit alone wouldn't have been a big deal but it just added to the impression that customer service for this company is bare minimum only. Still worth renting, just go in eyes open about their service levels.
