Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had a great time at this condo, it was the second time we stayed here. It is a quiet neighborhood, but close to stores and restaurants. It is very well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable. The screened in back deck is perfect, no need to worry about bugs! The beach is a short drive. The pool is great, along with the walking paths and pickleball courts which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024This was one of the coziest and cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed (besides toilet paper, but I think that may have been unusual. I do recommend bringing a starter roll just in case, especially if traveling a long distance!) The coffee maker uses both ground and k-cup coffee in case that is helpful to know. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Sitting on either the front balcony or the screened in back porch was relaxing. The screen was perfectly in tact so I was not concerned about bugs, I loved it. The community pool was nice and a short walk or drive from the property. We went on the Bethany Bay nature walk which was a great early start to the day. Definitely plan to start and end at the same location, walking in a loop. The drive to a grocery store, restaurants, shops and the beach was easy and not too bad even with beach traffic. Our host Lynda was very helpful and always quick to respond and answer questions. I appreciated all of the communication and care she takes to keep the property in excellent condition.
