Relax in this beautiful condo on Lake Charlevoix!

Great condo for 1-2 people. Attractively furnished. Wonderful views of Lake Charlevoix. Deck overlooks two marinas.

Beautiful view from our balcony watching boats move in or sail out, very nice pool just steps away, public beach was a few minutes walk, several food trucks/restaurants also a few minutes walk. Perfect size for the 2 of us.Kim was an amazing hostess. Her communication was top tier!

The lake is lovely, the view is amazing and the property well cared for and so comfortable!

Everything was great: communication, location, condo design, amenities, and all! It was just right for what I needed and a real pleasure. Public beach is just a couple minutes walk away. Beautiful town and terrific place to stay!

Property was exactly like the online listing. Views were amazing, and location was great! The owner Kim was extremely nice and helpful. She provided us with a personalized three page letter with ideas of places to eat and things to do while visiting the area. Kim also went out of her way to leave us with a fridge full of bottled water and snacks for when we arrived. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. We hope to be back again in the future.

The condo was very clean, cozy and well stocked. It had a beautiful view. Kim was an incredible host and responded very quickly to our questions. We appreciated that it wasn't in the madness of town, but town was still within walking distance. We definitely plan to stay again.

Excellent host. Very clean. Short drive to downtown. Wake up each morning and watch the beautiful sunrise on the water!

The condo was clean, well appointed, safe, amazing view and perfect for a couple. The washer and dryer is actually a condo/marina laundry mat. You’ll need to have your quarters ready and be ready to take a short walk to it. The bed was the only piece of furniture I’d have to give a 3 out of 5 as far as comfort. In spite of the bed we would probably stay there again.

Condo was amazing. The place was everything we needed and overlooked the lake with all the boats. It was near downtown, which we had a great time down there with all the restaurants and little shops. Will definitely book again.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay! The condo itself was very clean, cozy and beautifully furnished with a fantastic lake view off the balcony. The location was perfect for everything you need to make an awesome up north getaway! We were just a few steps from a nice sandy beach and a short 5 minute drive to lake Michigan and downtown Charlevoix. Kim was an incredible host who was prompt with all communication and even provided recommendations for the area. We didn't want to leave and would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in a true northern Michigan experience!
