The HOA for Bay Tree Complex is renovating the community pool, which will be closed throughout April. The pool is expected to reopen in May 2026, weather permitting. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Bay Tree Condos A1314 is a tastefully decorated condo in Port Aransas. It offers two balconies overlooking the courtyard. The 2nd floor balcony offers a front row view to city fireworks! Featuring tile floors, stainless appliances, a comfy sofa and 4 flat screen TVs. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- There is a spiral staircase connecting the first floor living area to the second floor bedrooms.
- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: for safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap are provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods: toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels, extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray.

    Enjoyed the stay, had some minor issues. The bed in one of the upstairs rooms was uncomfortable, we sunk to the middle of the mattress. Overall clean and enjoyable!

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was good, but a few items that need attention. The chairs on the back porch off the main living room are corroded so bad that they’re about to break and hurt somebody if the chair collapses because of the corrosion. Water pressure downstairs in the bathroom was bad. The upstairs sink was clogged. Someone came by and took the drain plug out of it and it was OK after that. Other than those two things was a very good experience we all enjoyed it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty good overall ... just eh refrigerator issue was a problem. Had to use our small cooler as it wasn't cool even after 24 hrs. By around 36 we could put things in. That kept us from buying as much from grocery store as we planned. As an owner I would have this issue addressed asap! Or provide a discount for the inconvenience letting the potential renter know what to expect so they could bring a larger cooler. 👍

    Great location. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Unit is smaller than looks on pictures. The unit could use some updates. Like having two front doors. Stairs inside unit aren't for everyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s not all about the physical facility, it’s getting away and spending time with family. BTA-13/14 was available and we had everything we needed, a/c worked great, clean beds, a kitchen, baths, and a washer/dryer. The condo needs a few minor repairs and some of the outdoor patio furniture needs to be replaced but we’d rent this unit again.

    Super convenient to public ramp and fishing docks. Outside decks made great quiet areas to have coffee and watch the tops of ships cruise by in the bay. Everyone in my group commented on how comfortable the beds were. Plan on rebooking this in the future.

    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good, but the unit is not maintained. The light in the living area did not work. We called to have it repaired, but no one ever came to look at it in the 3 days we were there. May have just been a battery in the remote control, don’t know. The patio furniture was rusted with sharp edges. We did not use due to the condition of the furniture. The kitchen was dirty and lacked what is needed to make a meal. The cooking utensils and pans were in poor shape, plates were chipped and the microwave was so dirty and rusted. The downstairs shower doors look like they were not installed correctly, door does not close all the way so the shower leaks water. Base boards missing paint, any improvements looked like they were not complete. It was odd that the bed in the downstairs bedroom was so high that I had to use a step stool to get into it.Overall, great location, loved the dock to fish, but the unit is poorly maintained.
