Condo has queen bed in bedroom, single bed in hall and a double futon in living room. NO SMOKING ALLOWED per Carpinteria City Ordinance 778.

So much charm and a great location to top it! Host was extremely helpful and responsive. Attention to every detail in this unit! Beach gear available. Great spot for sunsets and swimming with seals! Beware: Bedroom is in the back and has no windows, we were able to loose track of time and get caught up on sleep! I would highly recommend and would stay again!
