Stayed Sep 22, 2025This was our first September visit to Provincetown, and our second stay at the Sandpiper. The location simply cannot be beat; private beach, parking for two cars, and steps from the best the town has to offer. The condo is clean, bright, and welcoming, and has every amenity you could need. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. We look forward to returning!

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Terrell's home was the perfect accommodation for our getaway to Ptown. The home was clean, comfortable, right on the beach with a fantastic patio (and outside shower!), and close to everything! Found that during the day there was no reason to leave the property - could lounge on the patio, walk down the beach, and repeat. Overall an amazing home and location and lends itself to a relaxing stay. Terrell was a fantastic host and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024We have rented this condo several times in the fall and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Terrell is responsive and quick to address any questions. The location is perfect the size is perfect for 3-4 people and the yard is perfect if you bring dogs as we do.

Stayed May 31, 2023This was our second stay at this property. We were so impressed with the first time that we invited some friends so that they could enjoy the condo as well. The location is perfect, close to everything. The view is amazing, very tranquil and quiet. This condo has everything you need to eat in, entertain or just enjoy a glass of wine watching the sunset. The owner, Terrell, is very responsive and great to work with.

Stayed May 25, 2023The combination of being right on Commercial Street and having a large private patio that leads directly to the beach is unbeatable! The location is truly the best of both worlds. The condo was also very nice and clean, exactly as advertised. Also, Terrell was a great host. We only experienced one issue during our stay, and he resolved it immediately for us which was much appreciated! We will definitely be back!
