You have to keep in mind that most go to Rocky Point to let loose. This property was great. close to the beach. great on site restaurant. pool side bar. You can hear the music from the Sky Lounge until about 11. Security does a good job trying to limit noise after 12. walls are thin so keep that in mind. highly recommend this property. Close to golf and a few minutes drive to the touristy places.

Beautiful views and memories! Safety is number 1 for me. The condo is an hour from the border, & I felt comfortable driving there and back. The condo is in a safe community with 2 or 3 other properties. Communication is another big one. When I was arriving to the condo, the host was responsive & any questions I had, the host answered. I had a positive experience with my booking. Next, my family was going to ask me where to eat. There’s a restaurant called Colin’s cantina near the beach, & it’s family friendly. There’s a bar/bistro near the condo, but we only tried a beer there. Food looked good. We also tried the Argentinian steak house, which I really liked. We had to drive there because the department of tourism is still working on the sidewalks. We ate at changos, but we were overcharged. Activities: My kids loved swimming. The ocean was beautiful. The weather was perfect in April. Plenty of beach chairs available and we swam in the two pools that are heated. We went to el malecón, & we tried one restaurant. My family didn’t like it, but I did. It is a beautiful and safe place to take pictures with the Peñasco sign. My family also enjoyed watching YouTube & Netflix on the smart TV. We enjoyed a movie night as a family. There was parking on the side of the condo, & the parking spot available for you is in front of the condo, very convenient. The contract and parking spot will be emailed. We used the washer & dryer. Things we pack: water bottles, detergent & extra TP.

Very nice condo the owner really takes care of it in they provide u with everything u need i mean everything u need all u have to worry about is taking your own clothes..3min walk to beach u go down stairs the pool is there. We really enjoyed it will be back soon...

We were delighted that the unit was so quiet! The condo was immaculate, and comfortable! Very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities listed.

Unit was a bit tired and old. Several minor issues but when they added up we expected better. Thought we’d have a better view of the water but it was farther away than it looked in the pictures. Lots of areas on the grounds that looked like they should be filled with water were empty, giving it an abandoned look. However the unit was clean and adequate for our needs. Owner was responsive with a question.

The condo itself was nice. Parking was a struggle and the resort looked like it was under construction (not hosts fault, i understand)

We had a great time . The unit was nice and perfect for a girls trip

Bed was comfortable and patio was enjoyable in the morning. One thing to note is that this unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator to bring up items to the room - everything needs to be carried up the stairs.

We had good communication with the host. The condominium is nice and has beautiful views. We liked that it has nearby pools and that it is also pet-friendly. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful weekend at Sandy beach condo. The place was clean, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Two nice rooms and two complete bathrooms. We had a great time in the pools and playing golf. Thank you Joann for being attentive throughout our stay.

it's ok i book for 7 people . seven friends only no spouses . only one king sixe bed one queens beds and a sofa bed . so why they advertised for seven people????? we was on ly five friends when fishing .. over rate they shoeul doing that advertised .

First time staying in this area. Everything was nice, condo was great too and great location.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only down side was being on the 2nd floor which was miss leading by looking at pictures. We were thrilled that Casa Blanca has finally started adding to their amenities, the resort grounds were great.

Nicely equipped some items were a little old, the blender was cracked, but honestly it had everything we needed for a nice relaxing getaway!! Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening enjoying the music.

First time to rocky point and we had an amazing time. Very clean, air conditioner worked perfect. Equipped with everything we needed!

The condo was well provided with the basic necessities. All beds were very comfortable!

Perfect location right in front of the swimming pools and a couple steps away from the beach. You have your own parking spot in front of the condo. The condo it’s self was comfy nice and clean I would definitely book again.

The place was on a very good location. It was close to the pools and the grill too.

We loved the convenient location and easy access to the beach. Loved that it was close to pools and our kids had fun playing golf! Cute beach decor, comfortable furniture and plenty of extras to use in the closet (if needed).
