I really like condo. It’s was comfortable well designed. Kim was a good host. She was helpful and responsive. Only thing I didn’t liked that towels were not fresh. Seems like they were not washed properly. They smelled. Otherwise I really enjoyed staying there. I would recommend!

Both Kim and her place were amazing! She took the time to send us very thorough directions and even included an entire guide book. We took our trip in mid December and it felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. I loved being able to walk right onto the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends, and I would gladly stay again for any future vacations.

Kim’s place was a perfect location and size for our family of four. We enjoyed having breakfast on the large balcony with ocean view. Kim is a great host - quickly responded to our questions. It was our first visit at Puerto Penasco but we’re already planning to return next year!

This place and host was outstanding. Hard to described how beautiful it was. The place was clean and all amenities you would want. View from balcony was outstanding looks like you could touch the water from there. Host kept you updated before trip. Thankd

This is the perfect spot for a weekend (or longer) beachy getaway! The condo is clean and well-appointed, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and resort grounds, with a great balcony for sitting and enjoying the breeze. Kim is a great host - she provided a guidebook that had EVERYTHING we needed to know from top to bottom, check-in/out was so easy, the directions were clear and simple to follow, and maybe best of all, she didn’t ask us to clean the sheets/take out the trash like is required at many! A true vacation! We loved our stay and will be back soon!

The place was perfect and just as described! We enjoyed moments at the beach, pool, and surrounding areas. Kim made everything easy with the clear instructions which allowed check in to be super easy and quick! We have not stayed at La Princesa in a while and it was great to go back to the nice accommodations! Recommend to all!

Our stay was absolutely amazing and everything we could ask for!! I brought 2 first timers to Puerto Peñasco and the whole experience was mind blowing for then!! Thank you for everything and making our experience one for the books!! We'll definitely be back soon!!

It was a great stay!

Everything was perfect, loved the place itself! Had great beds, loved the kitchen, and loved the decor of the whole place! Would 100% come back again!

We had a very relaxing and great vacation staying in Kim’s place, condo is exactly like you see in pictures with a great view of the ocean, Kim provided all details needed from arrival to departure, we will definitely be coming back in the near future, thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay, Peñasco was really calm considering it was a 3 day weekend, love that the resort has security 24 hours made me feel safe with my children..

Kim’s condo was a great choice! Very clean and comfortable. Nice views of the resort and water. Check in was clear and helpful with very detailed instructions and information of the area. It was perfect for our long weekend! We can’t wait to be back!

Place was great! Beds were comfortable and large. Onsite restaurant has great food. Location is great if you’re looking to stay at resort area. If going into town, it’s about a 10 minute drive. We spent a lot of time deep out in town where my daughter serviced her LDS mission.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely view of the grounds and water. We walked on the very nice, quiet and clean beach every morning! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Kim for sharing your piece of paradise!

This place was super clean! WIFI worked flawlessly and there was coffee! We can't thank you enough for the wonderful experience.

The place is really nice. The room has a really nice view. It’s about a 3 min walk to the start of the beach and about 5 min to the water. We got it for that main reason, so we could just carry our stuff down and not have to drive anywhere. The home was very nice and well kept. Something that I don’t know if it’s mentioned in the listing but is awesome is the arcade game they have. We spent time every day playing, def super cool. I have stayed in some places that the AC doesn’t work great, but that was not the same case here. AC was really nice and strong , which as AZ folks; that matters to us. I recommend this place to anyone with kids also, super kid friendly.
