Beautiful one bedroom one bathroom condo at Princesa de Peñasco, on the third floor, it accommodates 4 guest. Enjoy the beauty of the Mar de Cortez from the balcony or go to the beach for a piña colada from one of the many vendors or a banana boat ride. Princesa de Peñasco has a restaurant, Colins Cantina, Spa and a small but well stock convenience store. We manage three condos on the same building for larger groups.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Very nice place and great communication with the owner. It was cold the weekend we were there and the heater wasn’t working, we called the owner and within 45 minutes the repair man was fixing the heater. We had a great time and really recommend staying here.

Stayed Sep 30, 2022Had a little confusion at check in and had to call for the code to open front door. Other then that everything was perfect. Great views, clean, comfy bed can’t wait to go back
