The beach view matches one of the profile pictures. The weather made it especially clear, visibility to Baja, and we were able to enjoy the fishing vessels throughout our stay. The provisions and amenities were perfect for our needs. We had a great time visiting friends, enjoying the quiet and unobstructed views, great seafood at the nearby restaurants, and recharging our batteries. Thank you Kimberly for your hospitality and attention to detail. You made our stay wonderful.

Balcony had a beautiful view, condo close to elevator for elderly mother, entire property and room was very clean. Excellent pool and hot tub! Would stay again!

Nice condo for a short stay - close to the beautiful beach!

Great stay at the Princesa. Great location on Sandy Beach. Nice pools and the beach is magnificent. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels and the Pac Man and Galaga games were so much fun. Everything was clean and welcoming. Thank you, Kim. Highly recommend.

We booked 4 nights at La Princesa condos and we were very impressed with our selection. The two bedroom condo was immaculate and we had a great view of the Sea of Cortez. An easy 3 minute walk puts you on the beach. Plenty of sunshine and great weather made it an unforgettable time for our family. We won’t hesitate to use these same accommodations in the future!

GREAT LOCATION, FEW STEPS TO THE BEACH, FRIENDLY STAFF, SECURITY GUARDS 24HRS, VERY CLEAN , BEAUTIFULL VIEW, THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS THE BEST AND KIM WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, LOOKING FOWARD TO STAY AT HER PLACE AGAIN

The entire process was a piece of cake. Security is outstanding. Everyone everywhere was so very friendly and helpful! We will be back

Our family of five enjoyed our stay at this condo. Spacious, used one of the extra cots, fun playing aracades & a great view. Appreciated the amenities the condo had to offer such as coffee grounds, laundry pods, beach chairs & sand toys, just to name a few. Princesa offers great amenities with an on-site restaurant & mini-store. The distance to the beach from the resort is really close. Definitely will consider staying here again. Owner is very responsive & gave details prior to arriving that were very helpful as it has been over five years since we have been at Puerto Penasco.

Incredible place! I stayed at another one of Kim's properties and they are just awesome! I was actually late to the border and couldn't go into Mexico until the next morning. Kim was very understanding and accommodating to my situation. Great host!

This Puerto Penasco vacation was a dream!! Kim was lovely, prompt, and proactive. We had no issues at all. The property was right on the water, beach, jacuzzi, delightful resort staff, kind condo owners, beautiful property— the list goes on. We would come back here again for sure, and we will be recommending this place to all our friends!

First time visiting Puerto Peñasco and I had a great time. Exactly what I was looking for. Amazing view of the premises with the ocean in the background. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. The use of the heated pool and Jacuzzi was a hit with the famiy. The ocean has a clean sandy base for swimming, no rocks to step on. I saw a family of dolphins every sunrise I was there, pretty cool. I'll definitely come back again and again. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay! Condo has everything you need to never leave the grounds. Comfortable condo and the PacMan game was a huge hit. Restaurant on site is yummy and very friendly. View from condo balcony is perfect and so relaxing.
