Prime West End , bright 3br/3ba on one level condo w/ heated pool & spa.

We loved the pool, hot tub and all of the space this condo provided. A quick walk to downtown you are in the heart of PTown. You could go with multiple families or just enjoy the big space to yourself which is a rarity in the area. Steve was super attentive and the neighbors in the complex were all wonderful and kind.

This property is beautiful and the owner is excellent to work with. The other owners that live there on the other hand make it uncomfortable to use the pool and hot tub and were extremely rude when we accidentally parked in the wrong space. Rather than come talk with us they were very rude and rediculous. They knew we had an infant with us and were haughty and rude.

We had another great week in Provincetown at this unit. The condo has every amenity that you could want and was perfect for a week's getaway with friends. The location can't be beat, either -- West End peace and quiet, yet steps from all the buzz of Commercial Street. Our host was thoughtful and super-responsive. We would happily stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

Steve was a great host. The property was great and central but tucked into a quiet neighborhood. It was a wonderful week.

We’ve been coming to ptown for 10+ years and this is definitely the nicest condo in ptown. The owner Steve is very easy and nice but our communication was barely needed since the condo was setup perfectly. So many kitchen items if you want to cook a big family meal, extra umbrellas if it rains, lots of pool/beach towels stocked — you couldn’t ask for anything else. We ended up connecting with the other condo owners who stay there throughout the summer and had the best time — one couple even joined us for our theme tea one night. 100% recommend Steve and his condo! We’ll def be back next summer.

We are never anything but satisfied and this year was no exception. The weather was amazing and we were lucky enough when it was too hot to hang by the pool to enjoy the new upgrade of the central air throughout the condo. I think we are going on more than 10 year and will be back next year. This has become our home away from home and is just absolutely perfect each year. Can’t say enough about Steve and the amazing job he does… this trip was so needed and appreciate this place more than he knows! Until next year!

Third time staying at Steve’s place and is always a great time

By far one of the best rentals available. The condo is gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need including available spices/condiments. Pool and hot tub well kept. Friendly residents. Owner responded to inquiries and concerns timely and with great care. We had a full house, so a few more towels would have been nice considering we did not have access to on site laundry, fortunately we brought our own. Can’t wait to stay here again, will be our first choice accommodations for any future trips to Ptown!

This place was perfect for the six of us and made for a lovely Pride weekend! The unit itself was very well-stocked -- the kitchen had all the utensils, pots / pans & dinnerware we needed to cook meals each night, and there was both a wine fridge and an ice machine. And the condo complex is very charming with several amenities -- having access to a grill and a pool + hot tub (especially on the chilly / rainy days) were luxuries a lot of other places we looked at didn't offer. Steven was also very responsive and answered any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful rental just far enough from Commercial street to be peaceful and close enough to walk everywhere. The pool area is beautiful, well appointed kitchen and Steve the property manager is very responsive.
