This properly was immaculate. Beautifully appointed, and the view was amazing. We would definitely recommend that others consider staying here. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

Condo was a perfect location for our weekend adventures to Boyne, Petoskey, and Harbor Springs.

Within a short walk there are shops and restaurants but we also enjoyed spending time on the deck and taking in the amazing water views. The management were proactive and responsive and we appreciated the flexibility for check-in.

Everything you need was pretty much there, except laundry supplies and food. The coffeemaker had some filters and a few packages of coffee. Blankets were available if needed. Nice decor! We loved the balcony in the mornings and evenings. You can see the drawbridge and the boats coming thru. Across and down just a bit you could watch the large ferry that takes people, supplies, bikes, cars and even smaller boats to the island. It was interesting watching the crew in the early morning hours getting all boarded and getting out on time. We were able to walk to most places, and the restaurants had good food. Nice shops to explore. We would most definitely come back here and would recommend to others!

This location and view can’t be beat! We LOVED walkability to downtown and the view of beautiful round lake. The condo was comfortable and clean and very nice, however, it was listed as a “sleeps 6” property and thus the price tag went with that. We have 5 in our family and when we arrived, we found out there was no couch pull out like was listed. We received 10% back as a courtesy but our teenage son slept on an airmat the whole trip. It just wasn’t ideal for what we paid for not everyone to have a bed. I saw the listing has been updated to be more accurate but this was a major draw back for us. Otherwise we had a great vacation and loved Charlevoix.

We were able to walk across the street to the Weathervane restaurant and take drinks/food to go from On The Edge (the restaurant in the hotel)! It was a great stay, I can't wait to go back!
