The property was fantastic and Pam the host was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

The condo itself was good. There were a few minor issues, such as worn-out couches and weak Wi-Fi, but overall it was a comfortable stay.The reason for our lower rating is due to the communication with the owners. When we checked in, we noticed a water stain and sent a photo to the owners. They replied that they were already aware of it. The next day, a man knocked on our door, introduced himself as Ray, said he was the owner, and asked to come inside. He looked at the water spot, then stayed for about 30 minutes chatting about unrelated matters.Upon checkout, I messaged the owners and suggested giving guests a heads-up before anyone comes by in the future. The owner responded that she hadn’t sent anyone and didn’t know who the visitor was. When I followed up with the time and details of the visit, I did not receive any further response.This was very concerning and left us feeling uneasy. If you stay here, it may be best not to open the door to unexpected visitors unless the owners notify you ahead of time.

This was a great place to stay with two 5-year olds. They were delighted to find CANDY LAND provided. We were there when Hurricane Erin closed the beach, but we still had a good time. Bethany Bay is very family friendly and it was a great place to bring kids. The condo was clean and what we expected. Wish we could have spent more time at the very nice pool, but the weather did not cooperate. We are thinking of making this an annual vacation.

Peaceful, well kept, clean property. Relaxing back deck with views. Close to Bethany Beach, restaurants and stores. We had a wonderful vacation. It was nice being able to bring our little dog too.

The property and scenery around the grounds were gorgeous. The owner, Pam, was very responsive and kind in answering questions. Am definitely considering coming back.

We had a wonderful week at Pam’s condo! It was cozy, comfortable, very clean, and had everything you could need. The view from the back deck made morning coffee an event to look forward to! Our pooch loved it too! We have stayed at Pam’s other property and this was equally top notch!

Pam and Ray’s condo was clean and well maintained - we had a great time! The location was nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but still not far from the beach and hubbub the kids enjoy. The pool was a big hit too. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about the property was excellent. It was a quiet dog friendly environment. The pool was great and all people we came in contact with were ever friendly. Everything was perfect. We all had a relaxing vacationing and hope to return.

We stayed at this property for 5 nights for our family vacation. Everything was extremely clean upon arrival and just as described. We appreciated using the beach chairs and loved that our two pups could be with us. The pool was nice and we loved the screened in balcony. Thanks so much!

This was a nice comfortable place to stay. For us, the location was a little far from the beach and the community is not walkable to anywhere else.If you want a quiet place, this is it!

Quick two night trip with the dog

My daughter, granddaughter and myself were there for two nights and it was wonderful. It really felt like home. Everything was meticulously clean, instructions were clear and we just loved the community (the view!!!). What a gem! We hope to return soon! Anne, Rachel and Izzy

Relaxing stay with beautiful water views and lots of walking paths

Beautiful location, views from every direction. Unit is large, clean and quiet (at least while we were there in April). The only caveat I would put on this unit is its 2nd floor walk up so if you need easy or handicap accessibility it’s not good for that. Other than that we will definitely book again.

The condo is gorgeous and in a wonderful community. Everything is a fairly short drive away. We wanted to go to the ocean so badly (especially after the marathon), but the weather didn’t cooperate. Communication was very easy with Pam

The home was advertised spot on. Everything about the stay was perfect. Once we arrived I had to reach out to the Pam for the code to the door and she responded quickly.

Excellent spot for a lowkey vacation. The sunrises were incredible and the couches were super comfortable. Bring linens and towels! We’ll be back for another stay soon.

Beautiful condo with an absolutely beautiful view. Just what we needed to relax. Pictures were accurate but disclosure of the rental agreement prior to booking would've been helpful. Not as pet friendly as we had hoped so we got a dogsitter.

We love staying in Bethany Bay and this condo was perfect for our needs. It has a lot of space and the views are beautiful especially in the morning.

This condo was perfect! Spotlessly clean, peaceful and well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location in a quiet neighborhood by the bay was ideal and we enjoyed the peaceful and warm sunrises. We appreciated the idea of bringing our own bedding and bath towels to save money. Pam the host was thoughtful and responsive, making everything even easier. The condo is within a short drive to the town and the coast. Highly recommend this warm and inviting home!

We came to Bethany Beach for weekend birthday getaway. Bethany Bay Community is a hidden gem. It’s located along the bay, lots of birds, beautiful sunrise, and lots of wild life. Bery close to stores and restaurants! Highly recommend this place!!

We had a great, brief trip to the beach to visit with a few old friends who live there. The condo was wonderful for our pup and us. She found the dog toy box right away and loved it. We had incredible weather for November and were able to enjoy the sunrise on the screened porch.

We wanted a quiet weekend getaway for our anniversary & we chose a great spot for it. Communication with the owners was easy. The property is just as it's pictured. Clean & spacious with all of the necessary perks. A tv you want to watch football on. A screened in patio to watch the sunset. It was good!!! Other than the check-in document not downloading (which I'm assuming is a VRBO issue) we give 2 thumbs up. Worth a return visit.

We have stayed at Pam’s condo in the past and love it! The beautiful windows light up the condo and give you beautiful views of the bay. We were able to explore some of the walking paths around the area too. Thank you Pam for opening up your place to my family once again. We will be booking again soon.

Great location , wonderfully maintained . First time staying at this property and it was everything I envisioned it would be . Loved sitting on the deck watching turtles and cranes and other wildlife. In fact upon returning home we have allready booked again .

Very nice unit in a lovely community with lots of amenities. A shorten minute easy drive straight into Bethany. Lots of grocery and restaurants close by if you don’t want to drive into Bethany. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful vacation experience with stunning water views and modern amenities. Located in the heart of the point, this condo combines convenience with a serene setting and a 5 minute walk to the pool. Added bonus we were able to bring our dog who enjoyed meeting all the neighbors. Hope to stay again.

Love this community - close to everything and great for walking, swimming, golfing and just taking in the views. Condo was comfortable, clean and had a great screened in deck with a beautiful view. So appreciate being able to bring our two small dogs. Many thanks to the dog friendly owners!

Great place to unwind with a terrific location. We ate every meal on the porch overlooking the bay. The condo is clean and has incredible views, the golf course is fun and the pool is delightful. The location is convenient to ocean view stores and restaurants, and a short drive to Bethany. For our needs, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the owner went above and beyond to help with an appliance issue. She is a gem! Thank you again!
