This newly built, second-floor townhome provides all of the conveniences you will need to enjoy your vacation getaway. Located in the Caverns at Pirates Bay community. Walk up the side staircase to the back balcony where displays of stunning views of the Nature Preserve and sunrises can be taken in while sipping your morning coffee on the outdoor furniture. Make your way through the home's entry from this second-level balcony, where you are greeted with tall ceilings, soothing neutral colors and elegant island and nautical décor. The living room is a great place to gather and watch movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV while seated on the couch (which converts into a Queen sleeper), love seat or matching accent chair, all with plush pillows. Prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, duo Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the table with seating for five. The guest bedroom (BR1) is comprised of a Queen bed, closet, nightstands and a wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom holds a vanity, tile tub/shower unit and full-size washer/dryer for your use during your stay. Get a good night's rest in the master bedroom (BR2) made up of a King bed, nightstands, chest and dresser for your beach attire and a TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a large vanity and tile shower with a glass door.     I loved this home so much! It was very clean and had such a beautiful view! I would definitely recommend this place! It does have quite a bit of stairs but it wasn’t a problem for us! The only two downsides for us was when we arrived about 10-15 min later the people under us complained about the kids running, we had barely got our stuff in the house. We went with family who also booked a place directly across from us so the kids were just excited. It was only two kids…it thankfully wasnt a problem throughout our stay but I felt that complaining ten minutes into our trip when it was 2pm was a little overboard. And the other thing was most/all of the dishes were not washed properly had food stuck to them. Another thing I wanted to mention is you cannot drive your golf carts to this property because it crosses the highway, we had to drive our car across the highway..switch to the golf cart every time we wanted to go anywhere with the GC.

    The Mold on the shower curtain was one of my biggest concerns , our son found old Oreos stuffed in and under the couch. The Patio reeked of dog urine. The place was not clean they had dirty dishes that were put away with food still on them. Overall did not have a good time during our stay.

    This property was wonderful!!! The condo was in excellent condition and was clean. It was a short 1 to 1 1/2 mile drive to the beach. The shared pool at this property was large and super clean. We will for sure be back to this property in the future and look forward to staying here again!!! Only downside to this rental was that golf carts are not allowed on this side of SH-361, but that didn’t affect our stay at all!!!!

    The unit was beautiful and very comfortable! We did want a golf cart , but found out there's no beach access. The grills could use some updating. All else was great!

    The house was just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The main problem was if you rent a golf cart you are on the wrong side of the highway to drive your golf cart to the beach. I agree with other reviewers the ice maker does not work, the door is very hard to lock and unlock and the grill situation is not very convenient.

    We really liked the location, pool, interior space, and views with this condo. Unfortunately, those don't make up for the issues we had. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. We let the property manager know and they sent someone out the next day but it didn't fix it. The water pressure in the master bathroom is basically useless in both the sink and shower. We took our showers in the shared bath instead. The AC wouldn't always cool down. Our last night there we sweated all night, and it never cooled down. Ice, AC and water are things you expect in a vacation rental, in Texas, in the middle of summer. Also, the giant wood headboard in the master bedroom is completely detached. Not sure why it's even there. We had to put pillows and towels between it and the wall so it wouldn't slam against the wall every time we sat down or turned over.
