Head inside to sprawl out on the luxurious sectional couch and prepare to be entertained with the enormous smart TV. The owner is also planning to provide additional lighting, seating, and decorating in the very near future.

Additionally, this kitchen comes with brand new stainless steel appliances and new custom cabinetry comes well stocked with everything you need to be the perfect home chef. Lagerita features 3 bedrooms and 3 full newly renovated bathrooms. The master suite (bedroom 1) has private access to the ocean view deck and features a comfortable king-sized bed, smart TV, and spacious closets. Bedroom 1 also has a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a huge shower with custom tile work and color changing LED lights illuminating the built-in shower storage. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bed with a twin trundle and access to the full bathroom located just across the hall from it. Bedroom 3 features a queen sized bed with an updated en-suite bathroom. The homeowner has plans to provide additional lighting, decorating, and furniture for clothing storage in the very near future. Fresh linens, comforters, and towels are provided for every guest arrival for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Stroll down and fish off the Folly beach Fishing Pier. Listen for live music in the downtown area of Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Visit the far east end of the island for a tranquil beach walk and shelling with picturesque views of the Morris Island Lighthouse - a favorite among locals and visiting guests! Pick up some local artisan gifts and locally made food from the shops and seasonal markets. Free parking is provided with 1 labeled spot for your condo under the building. Exterior parking area on property is available first-come, first-serve. Elevator goes to all floors of the complex. Amenities include keyless entry, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, full size washer & dryer, linens, towels, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, free parking, electric grill, elevator, 24-hour emergency on-call staff. Elevator is an amenity for guest convenience only, NOT ADA compliant. Home is non-smoking and non pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap.     Great location and views. Nice and comfortable condo. The unit next door is being renovated and the construction noise was constant and terrible. The construction permit was issued four weeks ago so it seems someone should have known about this and warned us of the potential disturbance. There was no peace and enjoyment during the construction hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM).

    We had a wonderful time at Seacoast Villa 8! The location was perfect, as well as the accommodations. The Villa was very clean and was exactly what we were expecting. We hope to visit again in the future!

    Peaceful and beautiful. Close by to activities and Charleston but beach is quiet and beautiful with soft sand and amazing views. Folly Beach is a must return for us! Loved the property! So easy to book, checkin and check out. No hassles which is what we all wanted - a relaxing, family get away!

    The property was being refurbished and I was notified 24 hours before our reservation. We settled for another property, but it is not what we hoped for which was an ocean view. We were disappointed in the extremely short notification that the property was not available and that other similar properties were not available

    The property was as advertised. BUT, please understand that there is a LOT of construction/remodeling going on - on the condo building itself and a nearby hotel. So read your contract and be prepared for the noise.

    Reunion of work friends! All retired now. We follow the Southern Living Idea Houses and visited the one in Kiawah River development. We also love the beach and Charleston area. The condo was perfect.
