INSIDE THE CONDO

From the parking area, enter into the condo,boasting a tasteful muted coastal color palette. The guest bath is conveniently located just off the foyer hallway and offers a tiled tub/shower combination and granite vanity.

Lots of natural light and plenty of space in the main living and dining area, kitchen, and living room. Congregate around the six-seat dining table for meals or a family game. Extra guests can belly up to the three-seat kitchen island bar.

Gorgeous blues, greens, and whites are on display in the modern kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and backsplash and full-size stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and side-by-side fridge. A full-size pantry and plenty of storage and counter space make meal prep a breeze.

Kids will love the twin-over-twin bunk beds tucked into an alcove just off the kitchen. Each has a reading light and cubbies for storage. The chic living room sectional transforms into a full-size sofa sleeper.

Retreat to the master suite with plenty of natural light streaming through the windows. The king bed, large closet, and en-suite bath with a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower will make you feel right at home.

Enjoy the incredible Texas weather on the large patio, accessible from the living room, surrounded by native landscaping and extensive views of the resort and the Gulf.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. When you want to shop, fish, or try another one of Port A's restaurants, they are located just 5 minutes away.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
