Walk into this modern, updated condo on the second floor and enter into the open living room/dining/kitchen area. The living room has a sectional sofa and flat-screen TV with Roku. Doors open up to a semi-private deck. The dining area is overlooking the gas fireplace and is open to the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors throughout the condo.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, desk, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, a twin bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Ore Station is centrally located in downtown Telluride, just one-half block to lift #8 and the free gondola - as well as a short walk to restaurants and nightlife. The property has an outdoor hot tub, elevator access, ski lockers, and private carport parking.

This home has a private stacked washer/dryer machine. Access to a washer and dryer in the complex is available for larger items located in the carport.

- Please note that this home does not have air conditioning, which is common for most homes in Telluride due to the mild mountain climate.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available in the private carport for one car.
- A parking pass is available for a second vehicle.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
