This condo suited our needs perfectly. it was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was so convenient being on the ground floor, and the enormous patio was ideal for the children, providing a safe place for outdoor play. We can’t wait to come back!

Not as nice as other condos we have stayed at here at Las Palomas, but it did have everything we could need. Floor unit was great and the patio is huge! This unit could use some TLC and a little decorating but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Dirty diapers were found under the bed when we were packing up to leave. We thought it smelled like pee in the unit the entire visit!

The location of the property/room was great. Property manager responded quickly on questions we had. The room fit every need we had and the space perfect.

My family and I had a great time. This is our 7th time visiting the resort and have stayed in different condos each time. The only comment for improvement would be that on our last day there, as we were leaving we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling in the first guest bedroom as you walk in the condo, and the guest bathroom sink stopper was stuck. stuckstuck stuck and the

We always love coming to rocky point and staying at different places. This time was no different! Location was very convenient to pool and beach! Only thing is this really isn’t ground floor… there is still steps to the room which we didn’t expect. Also the room could use a little upgrading. Needs more supplies and cooking wear ect. Other then that amazing like always

2nd time we stayed in this condo. Upon arrival there were a couple minor issues but the host was quivk to respond back and we had a wonderful trip.

we loved the fact that we didnt have to wait for the elevator. we also had our own private pool access. view was amazing as well !

Overall the property was as described in the listing and the proximity to the pool and beach was perfect! There were a few minor inconveniences in the unit but those can be easily resolved. The fan in one of the rooms didn’t work and the remote was missing. The main patio slider door seemed to get stuck on the track making it difficult to open and close so we mainly used the slider doors from the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space and seating on the patio for the entire family.
