Loved our stay here at Port A. Easy beach access. Very close to the town center. Plenty of room for four of us.

The best experience we have ever had at the beach. The host was very friendly and attentive, and the condo was beautiful and clean. EVERYTHING we would need was furnished (besides food). We highly recommend 2020 sandpoint! You won’t be disappointed.

My family and I spent a wonderful long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday in this great condo! It is in a wonderful location-close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. One of my favorite things about it is the deck which is shaded and breezy from early afternoon on. We are hoping to return here every year if possible. Highly recommend.

This property is not on the beach or just off the beach. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved how close we were to everything. Gas, groceries, ice, restaurants galore and parks. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The beach house was perfect. Perfect location, and lighting. We enjoyed the deck and were able to sit in it comfortably throughout the day as it provided great shade. The breeze was refreshing. The walk from the beach was not bad at all. The property was very clean and welcoming. The staff responded promptly when we had questions. Overall great place, we will be back next year and friendly staff!

This was a great place to stay. Close to beach (in walking distance), has pool and hot tub, & restaurant in the community. The host Matthew was AMAZING he went above snd beyond to help us find a golf cart & had any info we needed. Great place to stay, we will stay in this condo on future trips yo Port Aransas. 10 out of 10.

We had a great time in units A and B this weekend for a trip with family visiting from different parts of the country. The location can’t be beat and the proximity to the beach is awesome. We also used the pool which we enjoyed.

Great location. Nice neighborhood. Walk to beach and restaurant. Comfortable interior. Secure balcony for my dog to watch what's happening outside. Needed new coffee maker. Host brought over a brand new one in minutes. Great service. This was our second stay. Will be back.

Condo was aces. Location was on the beach and close to everything that is needed when on vacation. Would absolutely use again. Thank you.

Exactly what we were expecting. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. The best part was the balcony porch. Short walk to the beach and pool. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.

Had an awesome 4 day stay. Easy check in, great house, great location to beach & town & has everything you need. We will be back.

The location of this rental is very close to the beach and there is also a restaurant within walking distance! We did not utilize the pool, but it’s close as well. We had a lovely, quiet stay in a 2 bedroom unit of this large property. Management was easy to work with and helpful when I left something behind. I’d stay here again! Looking forward to coming back.

Great place. Close to beach and really good restaurant. Clean, comfy beds, roomy, reasonable. Minor complaint-very bright outside lights that we couldn’t turn off-brightest in neighborhood.

It was in a nice neighborhood. Mostly B&Bs. Met some nice people. First thing I noticed was the blinds didn't work properly. Dark when we arrived and tried to open blinds. Many missing wands to open. Some couldn't be pulled up for light. Beds were comfortable. All in all, decent.

The home was beautiful and location unmatched by any place we have stayed in Port Aransas. We had a great time!

The place was very clean, could use an extra set of towels in each bathroom. Even in the Eagles Nest you can barely see the ocean.
