Stayed Feb 1, 2025Comfortable condo. Parking was close by and covered. Loved the many trails to walk and restaurants in the area. Quite a few steps down to the beach, but very worth it. You could also walk to city park for access.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location, well equipped condo with beautiful views and nice grounds. Very comfortable and extremely clean.We found even though it’s dates part of the charm. The only down side, no beach chairs and the gates did not work consistently for entry.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is nicely situated in the Solana Beach area near restaurants and shopping but the unit is dated. The Tennis Club provided amenities but the hot tub was in need of cleaning and at least one of the tennis courts should be converted to pickleball courts.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024We had a wonderful time. Although we did run into some obstacles. 1. We had ants. 2. Closet door was off the track, a repair man did come and fix it. 3. The place need a face lift. It's pretty run down.

Stayed May 25, 2024We loved this condo - awesome location. Plenty of places to walk to for food, sunrises, or nature. Nice to have two parking spaces so you don’t have to worry about parking. Property mgr was on top of it when we had a minor issue. Kitchen fully equipped, and two full bathrooms. We recommend, and we would definitely book again! ?

Reviewer Comments: Completely unwind and relax at the beachfront while unceasingly watching the waves ebb and flow night and day!!!! Do this at a comfortable, third floor condo inside or outside on the deck!!!!
