This condo is set up with two bunk rooms. Bedroom one has a full bed with a single on top and another set of bunks. Bedroom two has two sets of bunks. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Full kitchen is available for all of your meal needs. There is a ski locker available for renters to use. By the ski lockers there is coin operated washer and dryers. At North Peak there is an outdoor heated pool with nice locker rooms. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment-

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying right on the hill. The location can’t be beat! The condo is dated, but clean and cozy. Some repairs or updates to the appliances would be welcome- the fridge door was missing the guards that keep the condiments in place, and one of the burners on the stove wasn’t working. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and had what we needed.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location. Have rented this unit before. Disappointed the kitchen table that we fixed last time was wabbly again. Maintenance said they would repair but never showed up. Kitchen chair was broken. we requested a replacement and management gave us new one. Oven was dirty as was under burners. Refrigerator was clean but shelf on door broken. Pots and pans could be updated. My double bed was fine but 2 guys complained the beds were hard. Love the closeness of the heated pool, ability to ski in/out, roominess of the 2 bedroom, the bed configuration, and plenty of towels.I would recommend to a friend.

Stayed Jan 7, 2024Five friends were very comfortable in the Condo. The ski in / ski out location was great. The only problem was that the locker was not big enough to hold all of our equipment.

Stayed Feb 9, 2023Couldn't ask for a better location. We had two toddler (between 2-3) and the place we right next to the magic carpets which made it very easy for ski-in / ski-out access with toddlers.
