Stayed Jun 21, 2025The condo is in a great oceanfront location, walking distance to several restaurants. The unit is clean and updated, with comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen is modern and very functional with plenty of cookware. The washer and dryer worked very well. Two excellent parking spaces within a short walk of the unit with just a few steps. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 21, 2024This is our 5th annual stay at this owners properties...need I say more? Unfortunately, not sure if it's in our budget to stay again this close to retirement, however, as all premier waterfront properties are going up in price and value, this one is deserving! Exceptional view, amenities, comfort and access to the beach. Ahhh.....

Stayed Jul 27, 2024this property was perfect for a family. Great views of the beach all day, quick access to beach, pool, and parking garage. Overall Solano Beach location was perfect for access to all the fun in San Diego. We would highly recommend staying at this property again. Plenty of space for a family of 5.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023This is a very nice condo with a wonderful ocean view in a great location. Clean, roomy and comfortable. Golf is close by and there are several restaurants to choose from. The owner is responsive, patient and kind. We will return and you will be happy with your decision to rent this property!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023This property was everything we wanted and hoped for in a Pacific beach vacation! Magnificent views from this tasteful unit which comfortably fit our family of four (two teenagers). Brent was a kind and accommodating host - responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Complex was quiet and at night we enjoyed the large pool, 2 hot tubs, and game room (pool and ping pong tables). The fact that this unit has a balcony that extends the full length of the unit and a master bedroom that opens to it is a huge plus - tough to find!! Our whole family could hang out on it together which was great! We loved that wetsuits and boogie board were provided as well - a big bonus!
