A great stay from beginning to end! Guy could not have been a more attentive and accommodating Host, from his pre-arrival instructions to his gracious farewell. Spending several weeks on top of the bluff mere steps from Fletcher Cove, and blocks away from PCH and Cedros Ave, was the perfect vacation. Plenty of excellent shops and restaurants, weekend surf competitions at Swami's, and a beautiful condo with all the necessary amenities (and then some), brought back fond memories of the good life in San Diego. We already plan to return to this very location and will probably time our trip around its availability. That reflects our high regard for this property.

Very clean Owner answered all questions promptly. One rhing that may be a nice add to the property is a screen on patio door to feel mpre comfortable to leave open at night to keep the unit from getting stuffy

My cousin and I had a blast at Guys place! The beach was great, the view from the deck was incredible, great family room. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen could use a few necessities and was a little bit bare. Pillows a bit lumpy but we had a wonderful week and didn’t want to leave! We hope to be back next year!

The property is in a very nice location close to the beach and tucked away in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo and host provided everything we needed with a comfortable bed, towels, and useful amenities. With the sliding doors open, there is a constant breeze and rolling wave sound which promotes a peaceful stay and sleep in the primary bedroom. The beach and some restaurants are a short walk, access to the freeway and other services a short drive. The garage is secure.

Fantastic week at Surf Song! Guy was an awesome host and the condo and location were perfect. We used to live in San Diego and love coming back to Solana Beach. We were sad to leave. Loved our stay!

We had a great stay in this very clean and very comfortable condo right in the beach. It was like being on a cruise ship because you see water every time you look out a window. My only complaint was that the electric blinds in the master wouldn’t go down and I reached out to the owner and never heard back from him. Other than that, it was great. I would highly recommend.

Great view, tasteful modern decor, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Close to the beach, restaurants and (bonus for seniors) CVS. A place we would like to return to! Our rental agent was very helpful.

What a beautiful condo! We've stayed in the area several times before but this was the nicest condo yet. Great views from the balcony, convenient to restaurants & shops. Easy access on and off Route 5 for access to downtown San Diego, golf courses, etc. It's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. In all a great place to stay!

Came from KY for Breeders Cup at Del Mar & to do some touring of the surrounding area. Our condo had the perfect view as well as clean & comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend staying here. We walked to Fletchers Cove daily & enjoyed close proximity to cafes & restaurants. Also walked to the bluff at the dog beach which was breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

This is the best condo we have ever rented. The cleanliness, supplies of linens and paper products, the great quality of the kitchen appliances, cookwear, and accessories, and the entire setup was wonderful. The location was easy to find, perfect instructions for getting in to condo, great ocean view, comfortable beds and chairs...We loved this place, and hope to return again. Thank you!

I enjoyed very much our stay at the condo. Views were amazing and amenities were so nice, the pool, tennis court and jacuzzi. We were hoping for some sunshine as it was overcast every day. Thank you for having us.

Gorgeous condo with a stunning view. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the laidback beach town of Sonesta Beach. It was nice to have the parking garage with quick elevator access to unit. Another big plus were the beach chairs that were provided. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with.

Our family of 4 spent a week at this condo. The views from the balcony were amazing. The condo and entire property were very clean. Loved that we could walk to local shops and restaurants.

Pure bliss!!!! Absolutely EPIC VIEWS of the cliffs, beach, ocean and sunsets... Condo has a bright & airy atmosphere with high ceilings, great lighting, modern peaceful decor, comfy furniture incl. on balcony, and it is steps away from everything... Let me be clear: This is the PERFECT condo in Solana Beach... and Solana Beach is the most PERFECT area in San Diego!!! If you are even considering booking this rental - do it now. We had originally booked 9 nights but fell in love with this unit in the Surfsong complex so Guy kindly extended our stay 2 more nights. We could not bring ourselves to leave!! It was super clean and quiet... but also steps away from Fletcher Cove with a park and easy ocean access + the yummiest place to eat called Naked Cafe! Cedros Design District is right around the corner (Grange Garden petting the bunnies is a must)... The Coaster station is right there where you can hop on and ride. Just a few miles up Hwy 101, be sure to visit the Meditation Gardens and Torrey Pines Glider Port to the south. We came home a few days ago and already miss it SO MUCH!! Guy goes out of his way to make sure your stay is fabulous. We checked in at midnight and the parking garage & elevator made it sooo easy to access the unit. This is the 2nd one of Guy's properties we have visited and the overall quality has us spoiled. Thank you for an unforgettable time! We cherished every second of our stay :) Here's to many more!!!!
