Stayed Sep 19, 2025A great place to stay in Ocean Isle Beach! I could have just sat on the balcony and looked out over the ocean for days, but the beach is beautiful and just over the dunes. Larry is a great host, very communicative and helpful being on the property. Highly recommend!

Larry is the consummate host paying attention to all details to ensure your stay is wonderful. We have vacationed in Ocean Isle for 40 years and are very familiar with the island. Stayed Apr 25, 2025What an amazing condo! The location was fantastic, and Larry could not have been more pleasant to work with coordinating the stay! The condo is stocked with everything you need for a beach stay, and the beachfront balcony just tops it off. The condo is spacious, and there’s plenty of room for everyone and everything. We’d absolutely stay @ Larry’s condo again, and hope we have a chance to in the near future!
