Stayed Aug 17, 2025Great location and beach access. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The condo unit was great. The only minor negative was the wifi access which went down for hours on 2 different days, although it was a shared wifi for the building and not specifically the condo unit, so no blame there. Overall it was a wonderful stay and will look to return, thanks

Reviewer Comments: Nice little condo, dated and has been beaten up some .TVs are tiny and WiFi didn't work while we there.Definitely paying for location because the condo is very small- cute, but small. Unit had little spots like holes and dings that suggest it isn't maintained very well. You get what you pay for here- great location and beach setting.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Sea Cabins several times a year, for close to 30 years. We always LOVE our stay because of the view, proximity to restaurants, and family atmosphere. We also appreciate that there is not a hassle about getting into the units when they are cleaned and ready. This particular time, we had a unique situation (that I won't go into), but needed and asked for some special accommodations. The folks at Island Realty did their best to help us out and we were very thankful for their willingness to adjust. Our friends...for big birthdays, anniversaries etc. tell us to go to Europe. We come to the Sea Cabins instead.

Reviewer Comments: From the ease of booking to the departure procedures, Island Reality provided professional friendly worry free experience. The 333C unit was tastefully decorated, great ocean view and well equipped with all the thoughtful extras to make the stay pleasant. I definitely would book again with Island Reality and also Sea Cabin 333C. Thanks Again for another joyful experience.

Sea cabins is a great place to enjoy the beach and to enjoy beautiful Isle of Palms. The location of the condos is perfect, close to everything, namely groceries, restaurants etc.

Condo was good for a vacation stay but needs some TLC. The counter was cracked and coming apart from the wall. The dishwasher had lost the coating in places and had exposed metal and rust. Some of the silverware especially the spoons need replacing as they had jagged edges.
