Oceanfront Condo. Top Floor Unit. Walking Distance to Everything.

Condo was clean and perfect for a group of 6. The balcony and view of the ocean was wonderful. The property managment made the whole check-in and check-out seamless. Their communication throughout was one of the best experiences we have had.

Condo location is greatest selling point. Well appointed and host very responsive.Biggest issue we had was king size bed was very soft and after several days definitely bad for our backs.

This condo was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The view of the beach was incredible. It was neat being right next to the Windjammer so it was awesome to watch the outdoor concerts. Great location with walking distance restaurants and shopping.

Always have such a good trip! Come 5 weeks a year!

Check-in was smooth and went according to expectations. The unit was very nice and well furnished. Location was outstanding.

We’ve stayed at this property three years in a row now and have always loved it but this was the first with this property manager. I received several marketing texts and emails from them but when it came time to get ahold of them for an issue it was very difficult. Many of the dishes in the apartment were dirty upon our arrival. The property manager claimed they would send us more dishwasher pods than the few that are provided on our first day there but they never did. Then two days later the dishwasher is showing an error message and not running. Hours after I messaged them they responded and said “someone should be by later to look at it”. No one ever came and there was no further follow the remainder of the trip. I was not planning on having to hand wash all of the dishes for the majority of my trip. Now we’re considering whether or not to book next years trip in the same unit or explore elsewhere.

Loved everything about it. The hosts are so gracious and wonderful to communicate with. I've now stayed there twice and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

great place to stay - concert next door one evening was a surprise that we enjoyed. We could sit on the balcony and had a great view. Works well for families. The big sectional sofa is so good for us.

Clean, great location and fabulous restaurants all nearby. You can’t go wrong with this condo! Hope to come back!

Overall my family and I had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described. The unit is spacious and bright, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook simple meals. And the location was wonderful.

Excellent complex with gated entrance. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice decor and wonderful view. It had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.

Very spacious and CLEAN condo with all of the necessary amenities. Bedrooms easily fit our friend-group of 5 and the 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready each day. Mattresses were all very comfortable. The spacious open living/dining/kitchen was great for socializing. Appreciated the large and comfy couches for relaxing at night. The beach views from the patio were spectacular as was watching the sunrise and sunsets. Super easy beach access, and parking for 2 cars. Location was great, across from restaurants and shops easy to walk to. And a 30 min drive to Charleston. Would most definitely stay again!

This was every bit of what we were looking for from the gorgeous views to the updated interior and beautiful furniture. Only suggestion- get that master bed replaced. I see others have suggested it as well. The bed in the spare was perfect!

Small family trip to IOP! The unit was very clean and the location couldn’t have been better! We could walk to every where. There were a few items that needed to mended like door nobs falling off and blinds that were busted but other than that, it was a beautiful place

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property but the first time in this specific unit. We loved how clean, updated, and quiet it was. We enjoyed one Windjammer concert from the balcony. It was over by 9:30 so plenty of time to get to sleep. We will definitely stay there again!

Everything was beautiful and exactly as listed. We had a MINOR issue with the microwave and a quick text to property managers resulted in a replacement microwave being delivered within a couple of hours. I could not recommend Dunescapes Unit #303 any higher.

We have stayed here two years in a row. Our kids love the proximity to the beach and the pool. We’ll be back again next year!

Beautiful house. Loved that we had washer/dryer & three full bathrooms. Best view of beach. Enjoyed listening to live music from the Windjammer next door.

The physical property was lovely. The experience was not as good as it could have been due to poor communication with property management. Though there were approximately 10 communications they never disclosed broken equipment until pressed after we arrived.
