Oceanfront, 3Bdr Living, Gorgeous Sunsets, Great Snorkeling, North Shore of Town

We had a very nice stay. Unfortunately we were there during hurricane Helene. So we had a different adventure. Laura was always there to help and make suggestions. We lost the pool after the hurricane which was a bummer. It had to be repaired. But the snorkeling right off of the steps at the condo was amazingly good! We floated on noodles and snorkeled every day. The condo is very nice spacious, with 3 very comfortable King size beds! The views every day were amazing and yes we got a front row seat to the storm. Which was only tropical at that point we had amazing meals every day. The book recommendations were all spot on we loved Hemmingways. Just down the street. We took advantage of the Grocery shopper which was really nice to get there and not have to go shopping. Also the CHEF came and prepared an amazing dinner for us. Cozumel Chef Fernando. Reasonable and amazing! We were there for 2 weeks and would recommend this stay. Taxi’s right out the door and the staff were always there with any problem or questions we had.

We had a great time in Puesta Del Sol 1S. The condo is located in the exclusive Norte Zone and has amazing view of the ocean. And has nice snorkeling option right from the property.

Breathtaking views, pool and property are well maintained. Snorkeling from the condo was great and enjoyed watching the cruise ships in the mornings and evenings.

Our family enjoyed the condo. Spacious, clean, week-appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the best vacation! Property inside and out is beautiful. Can’t say enough about the balcony and view. Breathtaking! Steps down to the water and the snorkeling was great. Security was so nice and always felt safe.

This place really is amazing! Clean with great views. You can snorkel right out back and see tons of fantastic sea life. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

The view is even more beautiful than the photos online. Condo is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a perfect home away from home. We loved snorkeling right out the back door where we spotted a sea turtle, barracuda and tons of fish in the crystal clear water. We loved the pool area & our balcony view. The staff on property were so friendly and helpful. The home is very clean. I highly recommend you use the offered services to have groceries already stocked for you. I also recommend having a car ready as most restaurants are about a mile walk. They also offer a chef service which I plan to try next visit. The area (and whole island) was very safe and relaxing.

We have never stayed at the north end of the island but we were not disappointed! The ocean is beautiful here. The infinity pool and grounds were immaculate. The condo was great. It had everything we needed. Laura was so helpful anytime we needed her. The guys on the grounds were great and super helpful. The gates are locked for security but I don't think it was necessary. It is a great neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo!
