Stayed Apr 11, 2023Told check in was after 4:00; got there at 3:45. NO ONE WAS THERE Office closed at 3:00 It took two hours go get property manager to help us (she was great). Turns out the problem was KEES had NEVER e-mailed our confirmation. Two hours of parking lot waiting, not knowing if we'd have to find motel. When we finally got that straightened out, the elevator was undergoing repair. So we had to carry suit cases etc up 4 flight (about eight trips. I'm 76 years old with recent knee surgery. The vacation was shot for me. (The accommodations were nice) I'm NOT HAPPY
