Meet your dream oceanfront condo! Located in the charming Sea Cabins Condominium complex, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo doesn't sacrifice on amenities, and has everything you needfor a quick escape to the shore. This property enjoys access to community amenities such as a private fishing pier and spacious resort-style pool with a kiddie pool!

Things to know prior to booking your stay:
• The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor.
• Full Disclosure: There is a small bunk bed built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”.
• We have upgraded the standard mattress to a luxury, custom sized one that is very comfortable!
• All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen!
• 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean!
• Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying.
• Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated at $3 per load or download an app to pay!
• Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass.
• The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round.
• No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor.
• No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation.
• This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!

Wander into the property, and you'll be greeted by a hallway with a built-in bed—perfect for a little one if you need additional sleeping space! Curtains can close off the area for privacy, and a door creates a makeshift bedroom area. From here, you can travel into the main kitchen and living area, which integrate seamlessly and offer a relaxing space to hang out in-between trips to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a coffee maker as well for your morning coffee or tea!

The living area is furnished with a comfy chair, and a sofa that folds out into a queen-size sleeper. A new plush mattress topper can be found in the bedroom closet to add to the sleeper sofa! You'll find a compact dining set for four, in addition to a flat-screen TV that has cable access. For those who like to enjoy the outside air and soak up the ocean views, you'll find entrance to the balcony through the sliding glass doors. Furnished with outdoor chairs, this area is perfect for a bit of post-beach relaxation. Free Wi-Fi in this property, along with cable, seal the deal when it comes to electronic amenities!

Inside, you'll find the main bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, and its own personal TV. The full bathroom offers a shower tub combo. If you should wish to rent bikes or beach gear, you'll find several local companies nearby.

This property enjoys an unbeatable location right in the center of Isle of Palms, within walking distance from the county park and local nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Stop by a beach boutique, and grab ice cream from a local parlor—it's all just a quick walk away when you stay at this fantastic seaside condo! The beach in this area is also lifeguarded, giving guests an additional peace of mind while enjoying the surf and sand. A local grocery store and post office are located nearby, and you're never more than a quick walk from the beach!

Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

Bed Layout:
Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV.
There is a queen sofa bed in the Living Room.
The hallway consists of a bed built-in to the wall - perfect for a small child! And an extra dresser for storage and clothes.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

​​​​​​The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums each 490 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. Shopping, fantastic dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

    The condo was clean but furniture was a bit old and the bed did not sleep well. However, it was a great location and beach was easily accessible. Small issues were addressed in a decent time by the host. I would book with them again but would not choose to stay in the same condo.

    The property is in a great place. Ocean views - private pier - it’s in walking distance to ACME!! We did have a couple of issues that were dealt with promptly by the property manager. This particular cabin needs updated IMO. Water damage on the ceiling - uncomfortable mattress- uncomfortable furniture. Need some new professional paint and new fixtures. Nightly rate is due to location and not luxury. Check-in process was as easy as you could make it.

    Great location but electricity was out most of the week so we couldn’t cook and save money. Couldn’t sit in the living room. We called management and they did send several electricians but problem never rectified up until checkout. Bed is extremely comfortable, plenty of nice towels and linens. Not very nicely furnished.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention, but overall it was comfortable enough. Having easy walking access to the beach was nice, as was being close to some restaurants if we didn't want to drive somewhere. The passcodes provided for easy access. For the quality of the condo we thought it was a bit pricey, but it met our needs.

    The pictures do not show the cracking and discoloration on the ceiling and air vents. It was not the cleanest and the shower and bathroom sink did not drain. I contacted the office on Sunday and was told no one was available that day, but asked if I had tried a plunger. One person in our party wasn’t able to go at the last minute. I’m not sure where 4 of us would have slept. It was a tight squeeze for 3 of us. Way overpriced for the quality of the accommodations. Very disappointed.

    The property was clean and had all we needed. Though, given a code to work the private beach entrance was misleading. We thought it was private but the public parking is right in front of the condo and everyone walks through the condo lot and goes through the condo beach entrance since the lock is broken. It was a congested area for us. Same thing for the pool.. code lock is broken. This is nothing against the condo itself, but the beach was extremely dirty after Memorial Day… quite sad. The condo itself was nice to stay in.

    This condo is steps from the beach and very convenient to everything in Isle of Palms. There are a lot of condos but this one has been renovated very nicely and everything in the condo is in top shape!

    Kitchen is well stocked with every utensil you might need, the bathroom is fine but the bedroom will induce claustrophobia. There is at most one foot on each side of a double sized bed. It works but it is a bit jarring. Great view and the facility amenities are nice. The listing states there is a washer and dryer but they are on the property, not in the unit. AC was a bit finicky too: 73 is too hot and 72 is too cold. Property management was very responsive to a few requests. Overall a good experience. Would go back.

    It was fine except for the fact that the furniture (kitchen chairs) were disintegrating with little bits of seat cover were everywhere. It was a bit more than a mere imperfection.
