Stayed Apr 11, 2026You can’t beat the location or the view. It was incredibly relaxing drinking coffee on the porch at sunrise and easy access to the beach which kept everything relaxed. Very clean and efficient bathroom and had all the basic kitchen amenities. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste but otherwise everything in the unit was clean and functional- great bonus to find some spare chairs and an umbrella in the laundry room. We still used the beach rental place for when we met up with larger groups. Perfect spot for a small family with younger kids - may be a bit cramped with older teenagers.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We’ve stayed in Folly Beach before. The location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach and within easy walking distance of everything in Folly Beach. The condo unit has 2 window A/C units, which is definitely not ideal. My phone and laptop couldn’t locate the WiFi and my wife’s phone kept disconnecting and had a very slow connection.
