    The property was in state of disrepair. Fridge no water or ice and 20 years old. Non gfci outlets partly covered by the stove. My foot went thru the rotted floor in powder room held together by vynil. Bathtub didn’t drain and the handle bar was not secured. Sliding door wouldn't lock as the floors were sloping so bad. The place is 40 years old without much maintenance. Super noisy as well. We left 2 days early and Itrip refunded 2 nights so they could get a contractor to look at the rotted floors. Expedia still made their high fees but Barry who is the owner of the Itrip area apologized after even the coffee maker was defective and spilled all the coffee over the counter. We were so glad to be home again.

    The community was very nice; however the unit we stayed in was in desperate need of updates. The carpet was green near the walls and rest was a beige, very unclean. There were soft spots in the flooring and the electrical plugs in the bedroom and living area seems almost dangerous and a fire hazard. Would stay again at this location but not this unit.

    The home was clean and tidy. It was the perfect space for just the 2 of us. The only complaint I would have would be the firmness of the mattress. It was super hard. I'm more of the princess and pea type- I prefer a softer mattress. Other than that, it was PERFECT! We will definately book again.

    The condo is in need of some repair. Floor has several weak spots. Someone is gonna step through. Outlets so woreout the plugs won’t stay In Them . The people above were so loud , stomping and running at night till like 3:00 am.We spoke to security guards they said there was no noise ordinances. So they couldn’t help us. Other than the little upkeep & the sleepless nights the condo location and beach were great.

    Perfect little condo for the 2 of us. A porch perfect for morning coffee and feeling the ocean breezes. Comfortable bed. The place was clean and neat and the ground floor unit was easy access.

    It was the perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen. Somewhat outdated for example, the carpet was very faded from sea foam green to gray and gold color in places.

    We recently stayed at this condo and overall had a decent experience. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, which was beautiful and not overcrowded. The price was reasonable for what you got, a quaint place that was nothing fancy. However, there were definitely some issues that could use some attention. The condo could use some updating, as there were parts of the floor that sunk when you stepped on them, cabinets didn’t close properly, carpet is very worn, some of the kitchen utensils were worn and peeling, and the microwave appeared either rusty or dirty. The lack of a Keurig coffee maker was surprising in this day and age. Additionally, the light above the sink was not working. On a positive note, there was a nice selection of pans for cooking and we were able to prepare some delicious meals with fresh seafood from Gay Fish Company. However, fruit flies were very prevalent in the condo, which was off-putting. Fishing was not ideal in this location, as we had to chase the tide all day. One major downside was the noise from guests staying above us. It was very loud and almost sounded like there was no insulation between the floors. It was difficult to relax with the constant noise starting as early as 7 am and past 10 pm. Overall, I would rate our stay a 6.5 out of 10. With some updates and attention to detail, this condo could be a great place to stay.

    This place is amazing! Walking distance to the beach and one of the pools! Very clean condo and the pull out bed isn’t that bad either. Will be coming back when work brings me back to Beaufort!!!
