A charming one-level, 2-bedroom, 2 bath impeccably renovated penthouse condominium located directly on the oceanfront, this vacation property boasts unique decor, soothing colors and comfortable furniture.

Enjoy the King En Suite features a sliding glass door that opens to your own private deck. The second bedroom features Two Twin beds. There is a full bathroom in the hall with a stand-up shower. Be sure to check out the beautiful tile shower and nook with stack washer/dryer and storage cupboards.

The great room features cozy furniture and a flat screen TV. A sleeper sofa provides an additional sleeping option. Window side dining space accompanies the kitchen, bar and living area. The kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and space saving stainless appliances, is fully equipped for all your needs. Cork flooring, soft palettes and beadboard wainscoting blend modern and rustic moods. High ceilings create an airy feel and plantation blinds filter sunlight.
