Ocean Views, Screened-In Porch, Steps Away From Beach And Pool

Loved the location of this unit, beautiful ocean views! The condo does need some updating, flooring in several areas is uneven and the beds downstair and in the bunk bed room could use new mattresses. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

The location was great, close to pool and beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Loved the view from the upstairs balcony.

The location and home was as described. We enjoyed our time and will stay again in the future.

This space was perfect. The ocean view was even better than we had anticipated.

Highlights: - Location, location, location! Wild Dunes is as beautiful as it has always been and this beachfront condo was great for our family beach trip with 5 adults. - Bedding arrangements were perfect for our needs (adult children bringing friends) - Sweetgrass Properties communication and responsiveness were fantastic. Opportunities: - The condo furnishings and decor show some age and wear but are certainly still functional. - At this price point (albeit a premium for July 4th week), I expected nicer / matching dishes, flatware, pots/pans, and kitchen tools. - Would be great to have some beach chairs and toys available for guests.

The location of this property is ideal. Within eye shot and ear shot of the pool (great to keep an eye on kids). Beautiful views of the beach. Easy, quick access to the beach. The condo itself honestly fell short of my family's expectations. The fridge / freezer does not work properly. We were told to give it 48 hours to cool down. It took more like 72 hours, and it still wasn't cold enough. We constantly had to sniff food before eating to make sure it hadn't gone bad (and a lot did go bad). The owners need to buy a new fridge. The dishwater pools water in the bottom of the machine. The aspect ratio on all the bedroom TVs is off, so the picture doesn't fit the screen, making it frustrating to watch. There is a weird two-way mirror between the master bathroom and the bedroom (like the kind you see in police interviews), which made no sense and seemed like a cheap fix to a hole in the wall. Overall, the condo needs fresh paint and some sprucing up. It feels a little tired and looks a little dirty. We've stayed in Wild Dunes properties for about 10 years now, and while the location for this property was lovely, the property itself needs some attention.

Incredible location and home! Our family enjoyed every aspect of this home and every minute we were there! Can’t wait to come back again sometime soon.

Great location with an awesome view of the beach. Unit was very clean and well appointed. Our kids loved how close the pool was and the beach. We will visit again!

Perfectly located for the pool and beach: clean, spacious properly. Would recommend a mattress refresh of the double bedroom as they were sinking a touch in the middle but not a deal breaker
