Ocean views, private access to beach, quiet, comfortable condo in far east Ptown

We rented this property in early October for 4 nights/5 days. The property was not adequately outfitted for 3 guests as far as staples the listing clearly stated such as beach towels (perhaps they already had cleaned it out for the season but this was not communicated). The ocean view was very limited. It is a decent set up for a couple. The owners were extremely unhelpful regarding supplies their listing claimed to provide, simply stating they did not have items the listing included. When an owner would rather send you an email regarding how they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper instead of simply investing in providing 2 it's a red flag.

Great, comfortable two bedroom condo. Perfect for relaxing at the quiet beach or taking a short drive into town for restaurants and activities.

We were pleasantly surprised. Large and beautiful accommodations. Owners were very easy to work with.

It was our first time staying in the far East end, and while we missed being in the middle of things, waking up to the dunes to your left and the bay to the right was pretty great. The access to the Bay beach was awesome and the free shuttle to and from town was perfect. The host was so kind and responsive, 10 stars for him!

Everything in the condo was pretty basic, the shower head is loose and looked like it was coming out of the wall.

Great location, great beach, quiet and beautiful. Perfect stay for my husband, myself and our 3 month old.

Beautiful view and condo! Brad and Pete were attentive, communicative and lovely hosts! Fabulous location- close to town and a quick drive to popular beaches. Nothing beats being able to walk down to the beach from the condo. We would spend mornings and afternoons on the beach close to the condo. A highlight was the beautiful balcony for dining and enjoying the view. Parking was convenient with plenty of spaces. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. Kitchen was well organized and equipped- only thing I’d add is bring a chef knife if you’re cooking a lot of meals, otherwise you’re good. The condo was clean and well cared for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is an amazing place to stay when visiting the Provincetown area! Very close to downtown and just a short walk down to the beach. It also had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a week on the Cape! We would definitely stay again.

This is a great, clean, all inclusive spot to visit the cape. Access to a beautiful beach within walking distance, and options to explore commercial street. 10/10 would stay again!

Came to Cape Cod for my son’s graduation trip. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Condo had everything we needed. Loved being able to walk to the beach every morning. Everyone we met was super nice.

My friends really enjoy the place. It rained the first day but we played games and then we walked to the beach and it was a great location. We loved it thank you so much.

We spent 4 nights. Clean and quiet. Easy walk to the beach w/ views of the bay & town (and sunset!). Quick drive, bus,bike to P'town. Easy trip to the beaches and other outer Cape attractions. Will return!!

Stayed here with my sisters for a cape getaway and this place was perfect! The location was convenient to Ptown and all the upper cape. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We even played one of the games. Bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the lovely boardwalk to the beach - important for older knees. Would definitely return again. Great place!

Had a very nice stay at the condo over Labor Day weekend. The condo is spacious and spotless. Had an issue with the smoke detector upon arrival but it was addressed by the owners within a couple of hours (and on a holiday weekend!). They communicated very well. The best part of the property is walking down the short path to a long stretch of beach. Very quiet and relaxing. As noted the condo is not right downtown in the thick of things in Ptown. I was fully aware of this when I booked. Taking the shuttle into town was easy and was free over the holiday weekend. Only two dollars otherwise. I didn’t have car so rented a bike in town and mostly biked in I took Uber/taxi a couple of times too. Plenty of options for going back and forth Overall a peaceful and fun stay in truly one of the most beautiful places on the east coast.

Perfect location! Easy access to Commercial Street, and steps away from the beach! Was very clean & comfortable. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent spot to relax, swim, and come and go into Ptown on the shuttle.
