Ocean Views; Huge Covered Balcony; Two Master Suites; Steps From Beach Access Point

My friends and I had a great trip to Folly Beach. This space was perfect—it had plenty of room for eight of us, even cooped up on a rainy day. The location was also great—just a block away from the main drag. I would rent again.

Had to contact the manager about a few small things. They were responsive and resolved things quickly.

Great place to stay

We had a holiday family reunion here and the space and location was perfect. Loved how we could see the ocean from the balcony and be able to walk to everything. All the amazing restaurants, shops, pier, market and coffee shops were just out our door. This was our first time to this area and plan to come back.

We love this condo for our annual family holiday gatherings. There is a bedroom for each sibling/partner plus loft sleeping for the kids. The open living area / kitchen works great to keep everyone together with lots of space to spread out. The location is perfect - next to Bert's Market, steps from town, and a beautiful ocean view. We love it! It does require lots of steps so not suitable for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials and plenty of counter space for everyone's special items. We will be back again soon!

We had a beautiful relaxing stay at the Penthouse in Folly Beach. The place was clean and bright and spacious. It was the perfect spot for our girls’ getaway.

5/5 location - super walkable and towels/linens were clean. The penthouse itself is spacious, but it's showing wear and tear from frequent large groups.Since it's a top-floor unit above other condos, nose seems to travel easily. We received 2 noice warnings on a Thursday night while just listening to music and playing board games in the living room, which was surprising and a bit frustrating. I would totally understand if we were blasting music outside, but with a group of 9, you shouldn't feel the need to tip toe around.

Great location just steps from the beach. Able to check in early and get to start enjoying the weekend and late checkout. Definitely need to pack/bring extra toiletries (specifically toilet paper and paper towels) as not a lot was provided for the amount of time we were staying/amount of people staying. Overall great experience and very responsive hosts!

What a beautiful property! And the location is excellent! Walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants and bars( no dd needed) and the store. We had a blast.

Great location, amazing views! The house needs some simple work for price to rent (i.e paint job, towel racks, working fan) but we still enjoyed our stay and the area around could not have been better!

This property is just as depicted in the photos. The accommodations were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (we cooked most of our meals). The laundry had an apartment sized stackable washer/dryer unit. The porch was a fantastic gathering place and beach access was right across the street. Very conveniently located to a local grocery store that was open 24-7. There is plenty of room to spread out and have a relaxing time! Questions were answered promptly and needs were addressed within minutes. A great place to stay.

Location, location, location!! Super easy access to the beach and excellent ocean views from the Penthouse — it’s practically beachfront. With 4 young kids it was very convenient to have Bert’s convenience store across the road. Additionally all the shops and restaurants were a very short walk away, we never had to drive our car during the stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a Folly Beach getaway! The Penthouse had breathtaking views and was centrally located. The hosts were great to work with and the interior was beautiful! I would love to stay again. Highly recommend!

Such an incredible home! From the beginning, the hosts communicated quickly and clearly, and they were also able to get us early check in. Upon arrival, everything was clean and the house was stunning! You cannot beat the views from the porch- this might have been our favorite part. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need when cooking, prepping, entertaining. The walk to the beach is no more than 2 minutes. Absolutely would stay here again, and hope I get the opportunity!

This was the perfect spot for our girls trip! The condo itself is beautiful, very spacious, and the location is amazing! Not only is the beach steps away, but so is Folly Beach's main street. It was a 5 minute walk (if that) from all the cute coffee shops, souvenir stores, and restaurants! The hosts were very responsive and provided a lot of detailed information prior to our arrival to make sure that everything went smooth! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Folly Beach and we suggest spending most of your time on the stunning covered porch overlooking the water! It was our favorite spot to sip our coffees and hangout!

Great rental! Was very clean and spacious and was in the perfect location.

The Penthouse at Folly Beach was such a huge contribution to our family having a relaxing, peaceful family vacation. The beds were very comfortable with the rooms were being very spacious. Every bathroom was clean w/ plenty of towels and supplies. The front deck was beautiful for relaxing and having our morning coffee on. We rented bikes locally and did self-guided bike tours of the island on two beautiful days. My children and grandchildren were there, it was a perfect location for us all!

I recently returned from a one week stay at the Penthouse in Folly Beach, SC My sister, her four daughters, my two daughters, and three nieces had a one week Girls Trip to Charleston SC. None of us had been there so we knew not what to expect! Expectations were exceeded. The Penthouse is directly across from the ocean. Long covered porch looks out at the water and the walking distance from the porch to the ocean was about one minute or less. There is a all convenience store within walking distance that never closes. It is open 24 hours a day and the doors are always open. Free coffee and free refills are always available. The condo had 4 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Everything you might need was there for us. We had a wonderful time.

Each year the week after Christmas we always spend with our family on Folly Beach. This has been our tradition for over 15 years. The Penthouswas e was one of our best . The location was wonderful. The kitchen layout was great and the kitchen was well stocked. What kept it from getting a 5 star? The rail coming up the flight of stairs out side was a bit shaky, the towel rack in front bathroom was pulled out of wall, the water pressure in single bath by kitchen was minimal. also the great room sofas were a bit soiled. Did these issues hamper our family gathering? No we had a wonderful time....but in my mind 5 stars mean perfection..

Our fourth time staying in The Penthouse at Folly for our holiday family gathering. The layout is perfect for us - four bedrooms for the four siblings/spouses plus the upstairs loft rooms for the three kids (now young adults). The open format includes a well-stocked kitchen, large dining table and seating/TV area so everyone can spread out and do their thing. Plus the ocean view is a constant reminder that you are at the beach! Great location too - quick walk to the Folly restaurants and to Bert's for last-minute supplies. Steven and his team at iTrip are great communicators and true professionals. One of our guests forgot their hanging clothes in the closet when we checked out. They immediately made arrangements to ship the items to North Carolina. We are already making plans for our next holiday gathering at The Penthouse!

Was the perfect house for a family gathering. House is vary spacious with great view of the ocean and sunsets, can walk to the pier, shops, cafes and restaurants. We all want to come back.

We had a girls trip to Folly Beach and The Penthouse was great! The property has a very spacious living area as well as spacious bedrooms, our group of 6 was very comfortable. The property is well appointed and the location is excellent, we were able to walk to any store or restaurant we visited in Folly Beach. Bert's Market is in the next block and is great for anything you may need and open 24 hours! We were very fortunate to have warm weather and enjoyed time on the beach which is just across the street and was not crowded this weekend. We spent a lot of time enjoying the porch which has a great view of the beach. All of my guests expressed that they thought it was very nice!

Our group of friends came to stay at Folly beach so we could be a nice distance from the wedding venue! Did we choose the best location! Beach access, steps from Bert’s market!!! Walking distance to town and the pier. The penthouse was clean and well stocked! We all had the best time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our fall getaway at The Penthouse I’m a grandma with 3 college and 2 high school grand children. The location and Penthouse was awesome for a 3 generation family!!! Beautiful weather was a plus.

We stayed in Steven’s beach house for 5 nights. The house was great!! Perfect location to beach, restaurants, local shops and bars. There were plenty of beds for our group of 10. It was great. The only downside is the Ac unit does not work the same on
