Guests enter The Penthouse by taking the exterior stairs on the side of the building to the second floor, entering the covered balcony and entering the front door of the penthouse. Once you enter the front door, you will find an open floor plan layout with vaulted ceilings between the living room, dining area and kitchen. There are four bedrooms located off of the kitchen and living room areas. There are two additional loft rooms accessible via the staircase near the dining table. The galley-style kitchen, dining room and living room areas have ocean views through the sliding doors that lead to the penthouse's private, covered balcony. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars is included in the rental rate. Note there is NO ELEVATOR at this home.



The Penthouse is located within a residential condominium community. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.
